Very Relaxing Vacation

We had a wonderful experience while vacationing at the Radisson. Great restaurants nearby and hired transportation to nearby adventures. Pools and hot tub were clean and all guests and resort personnel were courteous!

Never again!

Would never stay here again. Hotel is dirty, 3" space between the bottom of the door and the floor, had to be pulled out of the dip in the bed and the staff were discussing trying to catch a coax roach in the hall.

Hotel close to Disney World was the only plus.

Paying extra for service fees we never used was a negative. The hotel was just fair. Would not stay again.

Every year gets a little more worn out

Pros: Price and location on Irlo Bronson and close to highways.
Cons: Activities, heat the massive waterslide pool.
Location: Lots of restaurants on strip, good for walking and running,
So, first of all if you book well in advance you can get a great rate. Under $90 a night. The resort fee is outrageous. It is $25 a day and you get the internet and can swim in the small warm pool. They have an amazingly large pool that is so cold no one uses it. It has a waterslide yet kids don't use it. I have been going for about 8 years to this hotel and have never seen more than 2 people in it. It is such a waste. They need to heat it and it would be great. They used to have movie night and bingo and other activities during march break when we go, but now there is nothing, So, the resort fee is a huge rip off for average wifi and the use of a small heated pool filled with kids. The whirlpools are dated, old and dirty looking. Really used to like this place and have gone for years but no more.

Beautiful on the outside ugly on the inside

For $94 dollars a night it was great! The pool area is beautiful the inside is a little outdated and dirty and the beds were uncomfortable but clean.

Basic hotel, house keeping needs improvement

We booked this hotel for the pool. We weren't expecting anything fancy for the rooms but wish I could say nicer things about them. First room we were in had a bad smell, it took and hour or more before the moved us, had to wait for housekeeping to come check it for over 45 min. They came and said to move rooms, and then we had to wait longer for another staff member to come and give us new keys. New room smelled better but wasn't super clean. Bathroom needs to be updated, stuff in the corners on the floor, shower tiles discolored, sink faucet wasn't connected and was loose, spider webs and tiny spider under the sink counter, tub faucet hot and cold was reversed, not impressed. Each day when housekeeping came they didn't replace the towels that they took, some days we got new ones but they never seemed to replace the wash cloths or hand towels the took. They didn't give extra toilet paper either. Good things- location to parks, the pool and grounds were very pretty- but not really clean. The kids still swam but it was pretty cold when we were there, the one heated pool was nice.

Great except for the noise

Pool closed at 10 but every night out of 7 there were kids/teens there much longer. Twice I called at 1:30 am due to the noise. One night three children were out there at 1 am unsupervised. Our second floor pool view cost us many hours of sleep.

Decent hotel

Clean place. Easily worth the price. Close to everything. Pool is nice. No comp breakfast. No airport shuttle and a taxi is $60 each way.

Our pre-paid room was given away.. we had to stay at another property which the Radisson did for. I don't understand how this happens.. this was quite an inconvenience.. by the time we finally got to a room, it was 4 in the morning
