Price was good. But unsafe. Exterior door locks did not work and when I went to check out the room the sliding door to the first floor outside patio was open. A killer could have been in room. No phones in rooms. I understand the remodeling excuse but no phones in room in terrible. Night clerk was very nice. Did not stay and it took three days to put in claim for refund. Honestly, the state of Florida needs to close this place down until they have completed the remodel. Don't risk it. I know the price is appealing, but don't risk it. Do not stay here.

Primeramente llegamos y nadie nos notificó que la piscina estaba no apta para clientes. La estadía incluía, piscina y desayuno los cuales ninguno de los dos estuvo disponible y mi prioridad era la piscina ya que lleve a mi hija menor de edad y no pudo hacer nada. Definitivamente si todo eso lo hubieran notificado antes del check in no hubiera reservado.

Old, carpeting was dirty and disgusting and the pool was under construction. Also, we over heard other guests talking about bugs in their room. I’m concerned about my clothes and luggage. I will never stay there again.

Walls in the room dirty. Property outdated. The pool is closed and the breakfast is hot only on weekends and it was only eggs. Front desk receptionist was polite and accommodating. Overall the property needs a lot of works. I won’t book here again.

Not well kept. Dog feces in hall, cold BLACK MUD coffee at 8 am. Toast and hafl plain donut was breakfast. Juice machine not working. This was a place to sleep, just no towels for a shower.

A very deteriorated property in need of multiple repairs / improvements. Some outside doors do not lock at night (unsafe). Insects are visible in the rooms, (roaches. And ants), some faucets leaks (shower head), amenities are not functioning as advertised ( pools not functioning, continental breakfast offer only in certain days). Very disappointing stayed will not visit that hotel again.

The outside door remains unlocked due to the number of kids and families that stay here and always having guests coming in during any time of the day. Unfortunately, the hotel is under renovation, this includes rooms and a pool. We offer breakfast included in your room charges which means we do not charge any extra fee for breakfast.At the weekends its continental breakfast and during weekdays its cold breakfast this includes fruits, bread, coffee, and milk, with butter and cream cheese. we look forward to seeing you again and improve your experience with us.

This hotel is by far the worst, grossest, most run down hotel I’ve ever been to. The room was the most disgusting thing ever, it smelled awful. The carpet was stained and dirty. The toilet, tile and vanity in the bathroom were stained and chipped. The toilet ran the entire night. They advertised a pool but was in maintenance. We only stayed 1 night but i wouldn't go back. The front desk guy was not very courteous either. The only good thing I must say is that trying to rush out of there we left some shoes and we called to see of they found then, at first they said no but fortunately about an hour later we received a call from the hotel telling us they had them and we could pick them up. So I appreciate the honesty and the call back. Appearance and cleanliness are VERY important in hospitality. It did not feel safe to stay here.

This hotel was terrible. The common areas were dirty. There was a homeless man sleeping in the down stairs hallway. The outside doors were enabled with key card entry. They didnt work. You could get in without a key. There was a cockroach in the stair well. There was fighting in the parking lot. The whole place smelled of marijuana. The breakfast was awful. The machines such as the juice were broken & empty for the 2 mornings i was there. They had to send a staff to the grocery store to buy juice. More often then not there was no one at the front desk to discuss the problems The pull out bed in our room was horribly broken. I had to wait for 30 mins for a staff member to check out. The pool was drained. They laughed at me when i asked about it & blamed it on spring break. There was loud music at all hours of the night. Trash thrown about the whole hotel. I cant even begin to tell you how awful this place was!

Rarely seen a worse hotel in all my years of travelling. Felt absolutely unsafe and changed hotels after being there for an hour or so. Besides the safety issue, the hotel and the room were dirty and smelled heavily of cigarette smoke. Mentioning this to the front desk, the reply was "we know, we charge them the $150 cleaning fee, you can upgrade to a better room for $20" . Obviously I will never stay in this Hotel again and I would think twice if you consider it, given that the nightly rate was not even very cheap.

Old and worn out and needing a huge update.
The room and hotel reeked of cigarette and marijuana smoke, the bathroom counters had several burn marks, the shower was stained and leaked, the metal in the shower was all rusted. Both mornings the included breakfast consisted of coffee as any bread, waffles, juice or bagels were gone by 8:45AM. The young lady at the front desk was the only staff I saw and she was good. I only hope this place is updated soon.

The beds were very comfortable very
Though the building is dated for the age of the building it was very clean and I must say the staff very friendly. The breakfast seemed very limited and then the last day of my stay I discovered that you had to ask for different items of breakfast. I wish I had them known that earlier I was traveling with a child and I had to go purchase breakfast everyday because there are so many people that live in the building as soon as breakfast starts at 6:30 by 6:40 everything was gone. Even the juice but the beds were very comfortable I was there for a week 7 days the housekeeper came twice once the empty the trash and once she cleaned the room. A lot of things missing that are normally in a hotel room like there's no phone in the room I found that kind of odd It was missing the ice tray for the bucket found that kind of odd but I did enjoy having a patio right outside my room. Overlooking the pool The weather was very chilly so didn't get a chance to use the pool. There was no elevator but some of her employees are people that live in the building help me carry my items upstairs because like I said I was traveling with a child and we were there for a week so I had quite a bit of luggage. Though I did have to carry my own stuff back down at the end I couldn't find those nice people. What I stay at the Ramada again they say that they're updating in 2024 If I couldn't find another hotel I probably would stay there again once they update.

Terrible Experience
The water in the toilet, coming out of the shower and sink were brown. I notified the front desk at 11am and there was still no update at 4:45pm. I was told there is nothing they could do and we just had to wait. The manager was rude and did not was upset with me because we were in the lobby about our problem. I stayed in the room everytime I called and they just stopped answering the phone so I had no choice but to go to the lobby. They lied and said the people were working on the problem but when I went to the lobby they advised they called someone and had no ETA so we had to wait. Was the worst experience ever and I had to end up calling for my own refund from Hotels.com

we would like to apologize for the inconvenience this may have cost you, however we gave them an option as to what they wanted to do we explained to the guest that the water issue was something out of our control. and it was fixed the same night by 8pm, we had clean water we wanted to give her the refund because she complained about the water and not been able to shower so we explained to her if we refund you the money you have to leave the hotel we will not give you a refund and then keep you in the hotel for free or give u a free night unfortunately that is not how things work. we was simply trying to do the best we can

First off, don't stay here. This location is run down and you can find way better anywhere else. The staff was friendly enough, but it took way too long to check in. The room was probably nice in 1961, but for today, not good enough. The hallway smelled of recently smoked cigarette smoke. The room door barely opened and closed. The carpet was damp. The window was single paned. The water was rusty brown. My family didn't feel safe in this location. We had no other immediate option though, so thus our booking. Choose wisely.

I was not impressed with our stay at the Ramada. When we got into our room it was kind of clean. However a lot of things were very dusty. I had to ask for more towels because the towels they gave us were for an infant. I also had to ask for more shampoo and contidtioner because more bottles were only an ounce and I'm a plus size lady. The front desk did get the things I requested in a timely manner. I also noticed in our room a few cosmetic issues the showerhead was rusty, the towel rack was losely put on the wall which was also inside the tub. The shower was ripped and the wall paper was peeling. I undersgtand that the hotel probably doesnt have enough staff and that the housekeepers must have a lot of rooms they have to clean but its still not an incuse. We only stayed for a few days and the location worked for our trip but unless I really need to I dont think I would stay at any Ramada hotel again.

The staff at the cardesk were polite and helpful but the room had an odor like urine smell. the rug was sticky and dirty. There was cockroaches in the room and the bathroom floor was dirty. I had to leave earlier than my original stay more so because not only was the room dirty and uncomfortable I’m also allergic to cockroaches. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone.

I booked for a different date and when I went in to correct it the lady at the front desk told me she was unable to do anything because the Wi-Fi was down and refused to help me in any case. When I talked to Expedia about how I was treated they offered to waive the cancelation penalty which the motel denied even tho it was their fault. Don’t recommend unless u like being treated like trash.

Definitely not one of your top choices
This stay was "okay". Place is older, run down. Bed was fine, but for the same money you can stay at a much nicer place. One of the two toilet paper rolls in the bathroom looks like it had been salvaged out of a bucket of water and left to dry on the roll. Place is not awful, but definitely "meh".

Although WI-FI was supposed to be available, it was not in the building they placed us in. When we requested extra towels, we were told all they had were hand towels. You were offered to be moved to another building/room but declined the offer and stated that you would just be leaving. Also we keep towels at the front desk for guests request and we ALWAYS provide change/quarters for our guests to use our washer and dryer on the property.
