Nice hotel, close to Disney.

Pros: Hotel was close to parks, was clean, nice laundry rm. staff was friendly and helpful when needed.
Cons: Room could use some updating. Carpets, outlets, dressers, need replacing.
Location: 10 minutes from Disney parks 20 to universal. there where stores and restaurant's close by.
Hotel was nice, staff kept it clean, and where helpful when needed. Hotel needs some updating(carpets,outlets,dressers) I spent less than 8 hrs. a day in room, so you need to take that into account if you read my review.

We agree on the updates and are working on it every month. We are putting in the new Tile look floors in most of our exterior corridor rooms and the feedback has been great. We are putting new furnishing in our deluxe rooms first and the standard rooms will follow. Outlets are being done on an ongoing basis and as our seasonal occupancy decreases, we will be able to get more rooms completed. thanks for your comments and give us another try to see how we are doing!

Affordable clean hotel.

Pros: Clean and near the Falls.
Cons: Staff could be more friendly.
Location: 10-15 minutes drive to the Falls. Restaurants, shops and fast food are nearby.
Rate was very reasonable. 10-15 minutes drive to the Falls. Near restaurant and fast food. Clean rooms and nice complementary breakfast.

Pros: Location and Budget
Cons: Carpets , Bathroom and Cleanses
Location: This is near to Disney world. We stayed 5 nights for 4 day Disney. It takes 15 - 20 Minutes to reach Disney.
Pros *It is near to Disney World *Budget hotel. Booked through Expedia, Average stay per night would be $55 - $65 *More Parking space. Cons *Room service is average. We stayed 4 Days , They did not change the mattress everyday. *The bathrooms does not have (inside) lock. Always telling others to not open bathroom doors while inside which is annoying. *Carpet looks very old and rust. We do not mind much about hotel facilities since we just want some sleep. I will recommend this hotel if you do not expect more from average hotel. Rather just hang out for nights to get ready for next day morning.

Thank you for your feedback, I am sorry that your sheets were not changed on your third day as is our standard. that will be discussed with the housekeeping team. We are continuing to update the hotel with new flooring and replacing old carpets as needed, we will become more aggressive with that as low season approaches. We do want to continue to update our property so please give us another chance on your next trip to the area!

Was told could hold up to five people in room only has two beds i call front desk and they ask if i want to rent a roll away bed for $25 i said well i guess dont want my son sleeping on floor .front desk says oh sorry we dont have no roll aways..

There are two Queen size beds in our guest rooms and there is ample room for a roll away for a 5th person. We have a good number of rollaways available, however they are on a first come, first serve basis. There is an additional charge of course, as in every hotel.

Hotel close to Disney World.

Pros: That it was close to Disney Springs and Disney World. A convenient location.
Cons: Leave the Deli open until midnight. It is supposed to close at 11 pm but the kitchen really closes at 10:30 pm.
Location: Disney is close by and Old Town.
I am very upset with this hotel. The reason is because we waited in line at the deli to order a pizza. The deli doesn't close until 11 pm. however, we were in the deli at 10:30 pm waited in line and then at 10:40 pm we went to order our pizza and was informed that the kitchen was closed. The drinks in the bar are to expensive and the breakfast buffet is to expensive. The swimming pool gave me a rash on my legs and I was only there for 2 nights.

Pros: The location is a meer ten minutes from the Magic Kingdom. It's price is perfect and staff very friendly
Location: Perfect for doing anything around Disney.Close to every eating or retail stores.
I've been staying at this hotel since last year . Since I am now a Disney pass holder it has become my home base . The accommodations were perfect . The staff very friendly and helpful. It is in a perfect loacation,a meer ten minutes from the Magic Kingdom. I could stay at a Disney resort but the price is just right here.The restaurant has a wonderful breakfast and are very friendly. We always make it a point to go there.

Not convenient!

Hotel staff was not very inviting at all times of the vacation, especially when asking questions about what to do and how to get around. Hotel claims they offer a shuttle service to the park, they do, however extremely limited and very inconvenient. For example my family went to Magic Kingdom which opens at 9 am and earliest scheduled and only ride is at 11 am to Magic Kingdom. So, this added an additional $20 taxi fee on to my trip to get my family to theme park at a good time. Then at the end of the day the hotel shuttle only picks up at 11 pm from Magic Kingdom which you must ride the monorail to that if you do not leave the park an hour early you will miss the last shuttle to the hotel, when I called hotel and told them because of long line to get on monorail back to shuttle we missed can they send it back they said that was it all we can do is get a taxi. Now, I pay another $20 to get my family back to hotel. Overall free convenient hotel shuttle as advertised costed me $40.

Very disapointed, I was in the Tower, which they say are the upgraded rooms. I had to call them to send someone to clean the dresser drawer fronts. Every time you touched them to open them, you had to wash your hands they were so sticky. The bottom sheet was so thin you could see the print on the mattress. There was rust all along the bottom of the closet rail. and so much dirt around the A/C vent it looked like it was painted gray until you got a closer look. Went to have my coffee on the patio, the tables were dirty nobody wipe them in the morning I'm was down there between 9:30 and 10:00am. The breakfast was very good. The staff were very friendly and helpful!
