the check in gentleman on the front desk was amazing--handling the desk, phone, customers in spanish and english was /is an asset to any company. most efficient, and with a smile while handing it all. you are lucky to have a multi talented front desk employee

The rooms were very big, clean and well maintenance, check-in was a breeze you will be charged a $50 deposit on arrival I stayed in room 222 with a king bed living area with pull out sofa a small kitchen area, I was placed with my stay

Very nice room set up- We had a King. Everything was clean, bed comfortable. We had a free shuttle back and forth to airport and even though their breakfast bar didn't open until 6:00am. They had coffee, muffins, bagels and juice ready for early travelers heading to airport on their 4:00am shuttle. Very impressed. The only thing that should be upgraded is the carpet in the hallways. We were on the fourth floor and the first thing that greets you as you walk out of elevator was dingy, less than fresh smelling carpet. It had us worried as we walked to our room. But when we opened the door we were very relieved to see a fresh clean very well appointed hotel room. Perhaps being the end of winter the hall carpet just hasn't been addressed yet for spring cleaning. Overall it was a great stay, great price for the quick overnight room we needed close to the airport. Would definitely stay again.

The entire hotel: lobby, room, hallways, elevator, etc were all filthy. The elevator and 2nd floor hallway wreaked of marijuana. The room felt I was staying in poorly decorated prison cell. Not all was bad the woman at the front desk and the shuttle were both helpful and personable. I would not recommend this property to anyone.

All staff members were kind and respectful. The breakfast was outstanding. Unfortunately there were only 2 elevators and one was broken for our entire 8 day stay. Room condition was adequate. There was some mold in the shop area, and some loose wallpaper between the toilet and the bathtub.

Front desk staff are totally superb (sara and early morning staff lovely lady with glasses) these wonderful ladies go out of their way and breakfast is great with lots of varieties and staff work hard to fill it up quickly and the area is kept very clean and in my opinion this exceptional service beats any fancy hotels and this is the only hotel i prefer to stay

The frontdesk is not friendly. The Shuttle driver left our family at wrong airport terminal, is was Copa airline terminal C. He left us at Terminal A. We had to walk 30 minutes to our check in desk at the Terminal C. We were a family of 3 adult and 2 childeren.

We stayed here in our final day at Disney so that we could spend a full day in Disney and have transportation to the airport the next morning. The hotel was very clean and conveniently located about 10 minutes from our airline. It was a quick convenient trip which made our travel day much less stressful.
