Hidden gem just outside of the Disney zone

Pros: The staff and cleanliness.
Cons: I will have to come back during the busy season (which I'm planning on doing!) because as of right now there was nothing that really needed improved
Location: Right outside the Disney zone it is maybe 15-30 minutes away from major attractions. There are plenty of restaurants and gift shops around.
I was a little leery at first with this hotel after reading other online reviews, and it being the of season, but when i arrived i was pleasantly surprised. The grounds were well kept, the pools clean and the garden areas full of various, well maintained, flora. the staff was very welcoming and willing to help arrange trips and shuttles. The overall facade is the typical stucco common to Florida but when i opened the door to my room it was downright refreshing. The colors were vivid and welcoming, and it was very clean. Usually I just get a hotel room to sleep but I was lured outside by the tiny bistro tables and a garden waterfall for some relaxation before heading out to dinner theater. The complimentary bath products were organic if I remember correctly and smelled amazing. The towels smelled clean. Truth be told it was the best sleep that I had on my trip.

Two things to KNOW about your Expedia booking

Two things we did not know: The lowest-price-rooms are those that face a WALL in a dark area rather than an exterior view. No sun. Second: The "Park Shuttle Service" is infrequent and only runs once/day to each Disney park. Take Uber; the cost and service were great. The room was an average mid-market room; clean; good AC; good bed. TV controller has few working buttons with NO closed-captioning. The room served us just fine for the price with just these few fyi-items.

Nice pools.... Nice staff...rooms definitely need updating... Take out the brown carpets and tile floors! Get rid of broken tv stands...supply microwaves..... Great beds and bedding... Ok for the price...

the hotel was fine for what we needed. it is under new management and you could tell they are working on the hotel. your room for spacious and clean. does need some updating. it's a perfect location to all the parks, restaurants, & grocery stores. We would not hesitate to stay here again.

Cons: everithing , firt thing the reception personal
Location: disney
Motel , doors of the rooms turn into the parking , anyone can acess to the door rooms. the sheets of the bed DO NOT COVER THE MATTRESS... ; ) paper on the entrance door , on the floor since the first to the last night . furniture damage arrogante persons in the reception. never return and til now 25 dollars plus 18 dollars keept on my credit card without reason

Nice location

Once getting into the hotel staff at desks was very attentive and helpful, gave me as much help I needed, answered all my questions with sincerity. My room however could have been better as I noticed my shower curtain insert was missing on the backside, shower/bathtub had hair and wall didn't look clean as well as my ice bucket looked to need wiping down as well, and closet door in bathroom was off its track, would not close all the way.The room itself looked cozy.
