This WAS my favorite hotel every time I took a Florida trip twice a year.. this stay around no one came to clean our room till 3 days into our stay and my car was broken into in the back parking lot. Went to the front desk next morning like my husbands company phone was stolen and all of our car chargers- they said they supposedly have a security guy gave me his contact information I reached out to him no response, went down to the front desk multiple times in the week I was there he was never around and the staff at the front desk didn’t seem to care… at check out I was given the mangers email- sent a email and it’s been almost a week and still no response from anyone! Check in also took super long like they only have one person at the front desk.. super disappointed will not be staying here again!

Hello Jahna,There seems to be some sort of confusion , we cleaned your room 3 times during your stay and this is what we were supposed to do. In regards to your car been broken into it, we are sorry about that but we are not responsible for your vehicle. Also , we did have a line at check in so everyone had to wait their turn . Thank you

Room was a good size and very good for price and location! Comfortable beds and the air conditioning was working great! Rooms were super clean - and close to Disney. Breakfast buffet and staff needs improvement - but overall recommend for a Disney in a budget trip!

What a find! This was the perfect hotel and perfect location. The room was clean, the beds super comfy, the staff was so nice! We were walking distance to so many great places to eat, like Perkins right across the street and fun shopping. We plan on going back just because of this property.

The staff was very polite. The pool and lazy river is a plus. The room's are big and clean nice view of the pools and lake. Very big area to park in. If you have any issues or question's front desk is very helpful. I will be returning again if im back in Florida.

Hotel was very clean and the bed was very comfortable! Rate was perfect for a one night stay even though it was it was in the middle of Disney. (If I had realized that I would have booked elsewhere to avoid the Disney traffic) They did charge a resort fee which wasn’t listed anywhere so the price was a tad more than what Expedia told me I would be paying. Key card is needed to enter the building so it was safe and prevents just anyone from walking in the hotel. Would stay there again if I was doing Disney. Close to the airport which was what I was looking for.

The room seemed pretty clean but the bathroom wasn’t so clean. There was blue stuff on the door and the shower curtain was dirty plus there was a small spot of mold in the shower. I do have pictures to prove it.
