The temperature of the room was difficult to maintain comfortably. It was cold and damp and there was a musty smell. That being said, I've had similar problems in hotel rooms in Orlando. The only one I didn't have an issue with was the Ritz Carlton.
The room was impeccably clean and the amenities were nicer than average. There could have been more towels, but I never had to call for extras - we made do- but I'm sure if I had called housekeeping they would have provided more.
Breakfast was included in our package and I can't say enough good things about the food and service! I was very impressed with the quality, variety of exceptional offerings and the wait staff.
