Nice People. But horrible experience

Hot tub didnt work. Went downstairs and jets didn't work at all. There was a garbage bag on my floor by the elevator for the duration of my stay. Looked trashy. Room only had 1 large towel. Had to ask front desk for second, since we were two people. Room service didnt refill out shampoos and soaps when they ran out, i had to ask for everything. Surprised i didnt have to ask for bed to be made. Breakfast options were terrible in comparison to other Renaissance Hotels. No pancakes on two days. No scrambled eggs at all. Paid 30+ bucks for a breakfast consisiting of cereal and coffee since they didnt have what i wanted. The Valet service was the only positive. They were great, giving me suggestions, and always asked if i needed directions. Allejandro and his crew were the only reason i didnt switch hotels.

Nice, but average

Not pleased with having to pay 10.00 for wifi, and 15.00 for parking. Fees were not a part of the information given during booking.

Clean, Kind, & helpful

We had an AMAZING stay. Everyone was so friendly and accommodating. We came here after an Air BNB experience went horribly wrong. It was exactly what we needed!

Overall, a very nice "airport" property with excellent service. Our room was cleaned and comfortable; however, the A/C unit in our room was loud and not because of disrepair.

It was just an overnight stay.

Pros: Close to airport
Nothing more to write. I'm in Mexico. I have two deadlines for magazines no time1500 characters. I'm meant to be on vacation! What can you write about one night ? OK so I was tired, the key was not cut correctly so I had to find the hotel phone number, call them and wait for them to bring me another key. Then I couldn't get the very noisy fan to turn off, so had to call for maintenance. All good, had a nice night sleep, although shorter than I would have liked! Happy New Year. Expedia you do a great job!!

You can't go far wrong with a Marriott

Pros: The breakfast service
Cons: Room temperature control and smell.
Location: Everything on International Drive! Also, there's a TGI Friday's across the street and that was a good place to get a meal.
The temperature of the room was difficult to maintain comfortably. It was cold and damp and there was a musty smell. That being said, I've had similar problems in hotel rooms in Orlando. The only one I didn't have an issue with was the Ritz Carlton. The room was impeccably clean and the amenities were nicer than average. There could have been more towels, but I never had to call for extras - we made do- but I'm sure if I had called housekeeping they would have provided more. Breakfast was included in our package and I can't say enough good things about the food and service! I was very impressed with the quality, variety of exceptional offerings and the wait staff.
