Nice hotel reservation very miss leading

The pool. Was down for maintenance when we arrived. That was one reason we choose this hotel .hotel staff not warm at all.will not return

Building site

Pros: In all honesty there was not a lot to like, the staff tried their best to contact Expedia but again were shoved from pillar to post.
Cons: How on earth can people be allowed to book a Hotel in Florida when the Hotel and Expedia Know that the pools was due to be and is currently closed.
Upon check in found out it is next to a large building site which started work at 7am JCB's the lot! we then found out that the pool was also a building site as the residence Inn were refurbishing it! The "free" breakfast was a battle not enough seats to go around overcrowded, parents and kids taking lots of food back to rooms meaning yoghurts/fruit had often run out. The hotel WIFI stopped working for a day. All in all I would never stay at a Marriott again, I think it is disgusting that Expedia/Marriott did not before or during my stay notify customers of the building work that has put the pool out of action. I and to be fair the Hotel tried to contact Expedia to change Hotels without joy. In fact a week before I was in a different hotel and got charged $49 using the in room phone being put on hold and shoved from pillar to post by Expedia trying to resolve the Residence Inn situation. I will never use Expedia again.

Ideaal hotel voor bezoek aan pretpark en outlets.

Pros: Shuttle service naar pretpark Rustig zwembad en ideaal om even te verpozen.
Location: Seaworld is fantastisch, zowel qua shows als attracties. Het nabije outlet center is zeker de moeite om interessante kledingkoopjes te doen.
Ideale ligging en zeker het aanbod van de shuttle service naar Seaworld en Disney is een groot pluspunt. De ontbijtruimte is een beetje verouderd, of eerder Amerikaanse stijl en het ontbijt is chaotisch. Veel bezoekers nemen hun ontbijt mee naar hun kamer. De kamer is ruim met een volledig ingerichte keuken. Aan het hotel passeert de trolley die je ook naar verschillende andere locaties brengt en 2$ per persoon kost.

Great for tourist, not business travel

Compared to other Residence Inns I have stayed in this one is not as nice. The lobby is one big open room with tables and a breakfast buffet area. No alcoves, comfortable seating, or areas to work. The business center lacked a printer - though the front desk was helpful and as long as I didn't mind emailing my document to their personal Marriott email address they would print anything for me. The room was nice, fresh and comfortable.

We had a great time at this hotel. The only concerns was that the first room they checked us into had a very bad smell. The hotel accommodated us on the second night by assigning us a different room. The Expedia desk staff which are in charge of attractions need better training. Had a few issues. Different stories from different staff members. Hotel location is good but you need to drive to find food.

Spent 4 nights at the hotel. We felt very comfortable and safe. We were close to the parks and shopping centers. Many amenities in the hotel.

Pros: Hotel com camas confortáveis,quarto limpo,funcionários muito prestativos.
Cons: Café da manhã terrível e instalações antigas.
Location: Localização boa apenas para quem vai se concentrar nos parques da Sea World.
Hotel com camas confortáveis,quarto limpo,funcionários muito prestativos.Porém muito antigo,com um número de hóspedes não compatível com a area do café da manhã.Gosto do breakfast americano, mas deste hotel é péssimo, Cobram por pacotes entregues pelo correio, Tem um Pizza Hut Express dentro, facilita quando se chega a noite cansado, porém encontramos uma barata no chão,

We had 4 ppl in our room & at the end of the day before bed we couldn't all sit together bc there was only room for barely 2 ppl to sit.
