Great hotel, close to all the parks and shopping.

Posted Sep 7, 2017
Cons: More shuttle times to the parks.
Staff are super frendly. Breakfast was excellent. Did have an issue with water leaking into our room around the bedroom window, so the carper was damp, but other than that it was good.

Great stay

Posted Aug 30, 2017
I don't know why people have reviewed this place negatively. We had a one bedroom 2 queen bed suite. It's a typical hotel room size with the added bonus of a full kitchen. The beds and pillows were super comfortable. They serve breakfast daily and not your typical lame continental breakfast. You had choices of eggs bacon potatoes pancakes and a make your own waffle station along with bagels and muffins. They also had a BBQ daily for dinner time. Not sure if the BBQ was being done as a consulation for the pool being closed for renovations, but it was a nice added touch. Like I said the pool was closed for renovations but we were allowed to use the pool at the hotel right next to us, which was not even a minute walk, so that was not even an issue for us. Staff is very friendly. Check in time says 4pm but we arrived at 9:30am and were given our rooms without and problems or any wait. There is a pet fee of 150 per stay if you're bringing your cat or dog. There is a little game room with about 5 or 6 video games. Parking was ample not matter what time we came back. 10-20 minute drive to all major attractions. there is not really bad I can say about the place. Would definitely stay here again

Good Hotel at a Good location

Posted Aug 24, 2017
We enjoyed our stay. Very conveniently located close to everything. Excellent accommodation with fully functioning kitchen. Breakfast was good .. if the kids want to make Mickey Mouse waffles the line gets crowded. Parking was ok. Over all it was a pleasant experience . There were a couple of things: we wish they had shuttle to Universal as well ( they have only for Disney) and the pool stayed open beyond 9:00 pm

Nice family-oriented hotel

Posted Aug 23, 2017
Pros: The convenience of two-bedrooms suites and kitchen area
Cons: Proper checks of the rooms to ensure everything is in good working condition.
Location: There were restaurants, shopping malls, and theme parks.
Check in was very efficient. The clerk who checked us in was very nice, pleasant, and helpful. My family and I had a two-bedroom suite. To me, they were very small and tight. The rooms were comfortable, tidy, but one of the bathtubs had a clog. I was remiss in reporting this and hadn't bothered because housekeeping was aware and I was only staying for two days. In fact, the person who cleaned our room knew exactly what to do with the shower, in order to clean the tub. Yet, the clog remained. I did eventually report the clog at checkout. Breakfast; for me was another matter. Breakfast ended at 9:30. That's too early for Orlando where people are typically on vacation and do not wake up early. This forces very long lines in the breakfast area all at one time. So although my breakfast was included, we, unfortunately, were unable to take advantage of that. Nonetheless, my family and I enjoyed our stay.

Yes a very busy family-oriented hotel with lots and lots of kids... not a typical corporate business traveler hotels... and agree come down early for breakfast to avoid the large crowds ... we have a great location nearby is all the parks: Disney, Universal, SeaWorld and the Outlet Mall

Pros: everything was great.
Cons: it would be nice to play music by the pool side and pool could stay open later.
Location: loved the location. every thing just a little ride up the street.
easy check in and asked if there was a room pref. manager offered something to drink when checking in and i thought that was great.

We understand about the pool hours which close at 9:00 pm ... having our pool in the courtyard causes many issues keeping up later.. if the pool stays open... many of our guests start the day off very early getting breakfast and off to the parks...
