Pool is only open from 9-9pm which after spending the day at the parks is not convenient. Each day we returned the pool was closing and our family didn’t get to swim which was a key point in choosing this hotel. Also the suites need to be repaired and updated. The drawer fronts and door knobs were all falling off in our suite. My son was cut in the exposed screws. I notified the front desk and asked to have them repaired but they weren’t.

I was surprised by how decent this place was for the price. I stayed there last minute before going to my Disney resort but it could have been better to just stay there the whole week.

Had a Pure room with kitchen and king bed which felt fresh and spacious. Paying extra to park and late checkout was very worth it. No noise issues despite being right next to the elevator. Staff are very kind as well

The interior of this hotel has seen better days with one of the only positive aspects being the outdoor pool area. We had to go down to the front desk at 11:30 pm due to noise from the room above, it did not seem like they had any soundproofing. Many other hotel choices in the area, would recommend skipping this one.

Good location and decent free breakfast. But $225 plus a nightly $27 parking fee when the basic expectations are not up to par is disappointing. If you’re looking for the bang for your buck, seek other options.

Beware, $26 per night parking. Very old dated property, musty smell in hallways, rooms. TVs are from 90s and the one in living room doesn’t work. The young lady and guy in morning shift and do NOT acknowledge when you go to talk (they basically glance and ignore) Overall a third rate hotel (also if you are a bonvoy gold, they don’t honor free upgrade as they claim always full!)

I liked it, got the room with two queens and a sofa/bed(very thin mattress ). Room was clean, plenty of room, enough parking(extra fee), and a safe area. Kids liked the pool at the end of Feb. I was there for 5 nights, breakfast was boring, eggs with pork sausage or Canadian turkey, of course Mickey waffles, cereal. The laundry room definitely needs improvement, appliances do not work, very inconvenient. The front receptionist were friendly and very useful. Room service was great, it gets clean every two days. Got my theme parks tickets from there as well. Shuttle to parks were easier.

Everytime I visit Orlando, me and my family stay in this hotel. We really love the location, and until this time we have had an exceptional experience. However this time, first of all, the day after we arrived, our room wasn’t cleaned at all, then the day after that the cleaning lady was RUDE, she practically threw us out of the room because it was time to do room service, then when we got back she literally left me 2 dirty towels placed as if they where clean, and barely put anything in its place. The breakfast choice seemed more limited and then your parking fees, OVER THE TOP EXPENSIVE. Other than that, the reception staff was really nice.

Happy with this facility! The only complaint is that my husband and daughter got stuck between a hotel door and pool gate. His key would not work on the door and the pool gate was locked. Thankfully he had his phone and was able to call the front desk. After 15 minutes of waiting for someone to rescue them, he called again and asked why no one had come. Staff said they were trying to locate the pool gate key. Staff could have let them back into the hotel…. Odd. Finally a concerned patron saw them stranded and came out to let them in.

people drinking in pool areas using profane language while supplied alcohol by marriot staff. Police called. Trouble in paradise. Many guests affected by this group from talking with other guests.there is a high parking fee PER NIGHT that they don’t tell you about until you’ve already paid it. Hotel in desperate need of refurbishment. Not at all like most residence inns. Staff were ok. Charged meextra for early check in when my wife was sick only to find BOTH tvs verse out of order. Maintenance bothered my sick wife theee or four times without fixing either Tv and remotes didn’t work either. Was difficult to communicate with maintenance staff who didn’t seem to work for the hotel? Was wierd. ( they still using dish tv network) it) was like a bad dream. Don’t do it. Go elsewhere.

My reservation was pre paid with Expedia but they still charged me the full amount and did not know how to credit my credit card . Did go to reception many times and tried to talk to manager but I was told no manger available .Also no house keeping was provided during my stay . Rooms are run down and not very clean .

This hotel is in serious need of an update!! I was very surprised as I’ve only had great experiences with Residence Inn hotels. The breakfast is very basic with limited options. No healthy options as advertised. No fruit offered for the first 4 days and then they provided some bananas only. Half the waffle machines were broken with only 2 working creating long queues. They take away the few seeds and grains they offer on a weekend as apparently it’s hotel policy which is strange. Most of the laundries were unusable, broken dryers and washers on every level. The spa was out of order for part of our stay. The staff on the front desk are friendly but really need to learn the local area. They couldn’t point us in the direction of restaurants etc.and told us they weren’t from around the area. What is good: The theme park shuttles are convenient and the rooms are a good size with kitchens.

We stayed here for a week. Property on the outside and main lobby area was up-to-date well maintained. Rooms are just a little outdated but for the price was good. They offered breakfast every morning which was nice and a money saver. Transportation to and from the theme parks were available with a schedule everyday. Overall had a good experience staying here and nothing out of the ordinary happened. Staff was helpful and always available even when we checked out at 330am. Very enjoyable stay. It is a somewhat older Inn that my family and I stayed in some years ago on a number of occlusions. I had problems with my accommodations at another Hotel and dropped by The Residence Inn to see if they had a room. The staff was excellent, very welcoming and helpful. The 1 Br. Suite was quite adequate and comfortable. The breakfast was very good and better than most similar accommodations. I was comfortable and relaxed. The only issue I had was a slow elevator, but that will not stop me from going back. A accommodations and hospitality.

I travel quite a lot, and have generally had good experiences with Marriott Residence properties. This particular one was very disappointing. It looked good from the outside however on the inside the hotel was fairly unkempt and unclean, both in the hallway and in the room. There was several maintenance issues in the room that had not been dealt with sort of indicating the hotel is probably very understaffed. The hotel offered free parking right on the front page of their website however when I asked why I was being charged for parking on 3 different occasions to the staff each one gave me a different answer but all said it was management policy. None of the staff could answer why it was advertised on the website if it was not part of our stay. Though one staff member even said it was because I used a 3rd party booking service which, I found dubious as I did present to them my marriott bonvoy membership card. Each time I asked for the manager I was informed she was not available, so I requested a call back from her, and not one of the times did she even bother to reach out. The staff were just doing there job but the unwillingness for management to even respond to a simple request based upon a very valid question of why I was not eligible for free parking as advertised on page one of the web site demonstrated a lack of leadership and competence to such a degree that it is no wonder the hotel is such a disappointment. Oh,.. and the icing on the cake was there were bugs.

Dirty rooms - NOT clean
Dirty rooms - NOT clean We checked into a room with huge yogurt (or worse) stains on the sofa, blood/oil stains on the lamp shade, crumps on the tables and just a general unclean feel. The room had a constant death/stale smell. Just awful and would not recommend staying here. Plenty of better options - they couldn’t be worse than this place!

Nice Hotel, Good Location
The hotel is nice and clean. You can tell it is older. The breakfast was good not great. The location was nice. Plenty of places close to eat.
