Convenient and friendly

At the end of my three week vacation, including 13 days on a ship I stayed one night at Residence Inn. As always, the room was wonderful, affordable and the location was good for me. I walked to a movie theatre, restaurant and a convenience store. I arrived at 9am and was allowed to go ahead and check in, which was great, and I had breakfast and a "real" cup of coffee! I love Residence Inns and stay there whenever my trip allows.

Excelente localização e preço justo.

Pros: Excelente custo benefício.
Cons: O horário de check out 12;00hs não é compatível com o check in às 14:00, portanto deveria ser revisto este conceito.
Location: Excelente localização, próximo ao aeroporto e tem tudo o que você precisa no em torno.
O hotel oferece o que está comprado, preço justo, aconchegante, limpo, silencioso e café da manhã, bastante satisfatório.

very nice facility

Pros: cleanliness and comfort.
Cons: parking
Location: centrally located with lots of restaurant in close proximity, also theme parks and entertainments within 7 miles away.
From the moment we arrived to the warmth and nice fragrance coming from the lobby this was a clear indication of whats to come. The front desk staff was polite and welcoming, room was very clean and spacious, we had an awesome night stay except for a big challenge trying to find parking but was to be expected because hotel was fully booked.Overall we would definitely stay again and recommend this property to friend and family.

Ok hotel...very loud

AC unit so loud all through the night in all 3 rooms we booked. Breakfast was poor quality.

Room was clean. Staff helpful and friendly. My only issue is that the pool was not to clean.

One of the greatest we've been to.

We absolutely enjoyed our stay there, the staff was so nice and helpful. Breakfast was also great, although most of the days we missed out cause the beds are so comfortable. My family and i were very very pleased.

Dangerous Dogs with Rude owners

Ugly stinky dog barked and tried to attack my family while walking down to reception in corridor area. Owner didnot even care to say a sorry. Receptionist didnot even try to warn the pet owner.
