My recent stay at the Rosen Centre in Orlando was a tale of two experiences. The hotel's proximity to the Orange County Convention Center made it a hotspot for events like the cheerleading competition and volleyball tournament, drawing a massive crowd of over 70,000 guests. However, this surge in visitors seemed to catch the hotel unprepared in terms of staffing when they regularly host such events. The hotel's exceptional facility design and amenities were overshadowed by the lack of sufficient staff during this busy weekend. With thousands of guests congregating in the lobby, restaurant, and pool area, it was evident that the limited workforce strained to keep up. The situation was most glaring at the only area for ordering food and drinks poolside on Saturday afternoon, manned by what appeared to be just two bartenders, resulting in frustratingly long wait times exceeding 45 minutes. Despite this setback, I must commend the Rosen Centre for its commitment to cleanliness, especially evident in the thorough daily room cleaning—a detail not to be overlooked, especially in the current post-COVID era. In conclusion, while I recommend the Rosen Centre for its excellent amenities and overall quality, I fervently hope that management addresses the staffing issue, particularly during peak event periods, to ensure a more seamless and enjoyable experience for all guests in the future.

Property is clean but not relaxing. Several LARGE events happening at one time make the lobby and pool area anything but relaxing. Extremely noisy. Additionally, most bars/eateries are closed in the middle of the day. Room was nice except they should invest in blackout curtains. Love waking up to sun at 6:30 because shades do nothing to minimize light in room. And having only one sink outside of the toilet/shower area is inconvenient. Either have two sinks or make it one enclosed bathroom. Also, remove the carpet. No one wants gross carpet anymore.

I like the convenience of the hotel location. However when I checked in, they gave me a smaller room than the one I purchased. Also pool was closed and there weren’t on top of keeping the main area clean.

I loved how convenient this hotel location is to the convention center. The bridge from the hotel to the convention center was so nice. The room was nice and clean. My only negative issue was getting food. Seems like all the food areas use the same staff that are running back and forth. It took us FOREVER to get our drinks and food. It wasn’t even that busy so that was disappointing. I would stay here for the convenience of the convention center but eat elsewhere.

This was our first stay at this Rosen hotel. It is a beautiful hotel. Very large lobby area that was spotless. The staff was friendly and efficient. Our room was very clean and pretty spacious. The beds were comfortable. There are lots of little restaurant type kiosks in the lobby. We ate at the breakfast one which was good and reasonably priced. Will stay at this hotel again in the future.

Property was beautiful. Carpet was a little worn but not terrible. Walked to breakfast and Walgreens. I didn’t like that I was charged $28 to park per day.

My daughter-in-law's conference meetings were at the Rosen Centre for 2 days. I went over to be with family because we don’t live close to each other. I wanted to see my family and help my son take care of our 2 young grandsons . Since , I got there earlier in the day , I asked Tyler, who checked me in , to please put me very close to my son’s room , since my husband didn’t come with me . Because of work , our son and his family wouldn’t be able to come until after 9:00 P.M. Tyler made a note of it and they put us 2 doors away from each other on the 26th floor. I was thrilled! 😄👍

Property was clean. Buffet restaurant breakfast was not good, two people charged gratuity is crazy. Only restaurant we had any luck with was the pool side. Just not good service spoke with the manager and he said the bar was busy. So let’s have bad service because the bar is busy. We walked to Dennys and ate breakfast and walked to the Hyatt for dinners. I would not recommend.

The hotel it self was very nice. Prices in the hotel restaurant and bars were very over priced! The hotel bar could use some customer service training. Very rude. Walked up and was told it’s lost call. Took order and paid. Then was told tap is closed ( which we ordered beer on tap) ordered drink and it was not right either. Was told how sorry the tahini was already put away! After paying $30 for a beer and a Spicy Margarita. We sit down in the lounge area only to have all tv turned off while watching a game.

Property was really big but parking is over $25 and it’s in a covered garage that is extremely hard to get in and out of. Because the property is so big, it was almost impossible to get up and down with the elevators.

Beds were comfortable but bathroom shower had a slow draining and not so quiet and just 1 sink outside the bathroom
