Great place to stay really nice pools and rooms. Comfortable beds with great aircon in rooms and location. Would definitely recommend and stay here again.

The condo they gave us was very old and very tired. There was a very strong musty smell and we had no air conditioning. The TV didnt work and was old. They sent a maintenance man to our unit but he didnt speak English. Another man came and he gave us a newer TV and replaced the furnace filter but couldnt fix the air conditioning. We were very hot overnight. The next day they "fixed" the air conditioning. Our furniture was very old and very uncomfortable and dirty. We killed many cockroaches. We lost cable for long periods of time several times. After 2 weeks we lost our air conditioning again. The man who came said they couldnt fix it but called the front desk and thy said we could move to another condo that wasnt updated and had no washer and dryer. I said no and 2 minutes later they said they could give us an updated condo with a washer and dryer! (Why didnt they give us that in the first place!) We moved at 9 pm Newer condo was much better but we had to run the hot water in the kitchen for a long, long time to get hot water they came but didnt fix it. The man who helped us was very kind and did his best to help. We have been to Florida over 50 times and have never had a worse experience

Thank you for you review. I have to disagree with your review. You were placed in a semi renovated suite with new tiled flooring instead of carpeted suite. We would never place you or any guest in a suite that the air conditioning was not working or was dirty as you claim. I can agree the air conditioning in your first suite needed some maintenance which was done immediately for you. When the air conditioning ceased to work you were immediately accommodated to an owners suite which is fully renovated. Owners get first priority for these suites. You were lucky since an owner cancelled and you were placed in one of these suites. We went above and beyond for you during your stay and feel this is not a fair review in my opinion knowing the history of what happened.

Very nice and updated! Super clean, everything we found everything we needed for our stay! There is a musty smell when you first walk into the apartment the it kind of goes away, it may have something to do with the air conditioner.

Thank you for your review. So sorry about the musty smell when you first got into the suite. Yes that is possible that when you put the air conditioning on stronger it took the smell away. Next time make sure you contact the front desk they could place you in an alternative suite as long as there is availability.

I liked that they had security walking around. I liked the options of 4 pools. I would have liked the pools to be a tad warmer (Pool one was the warmest) and I would have liked a hot tub at each pool. One poo was not heated at all. And I don't like that people smoke at the pools.

Thank you for your candid review. Yes 3 of our pools are heated and 1 is a cold water pool that is not heated some people prefer that over heat especially in very warm days in Florida. There are designated areas for smoking at the pool areas so not sure if people are following the rules. So sorry. Hope you will come back and stayw ith us again very soon!

We really enjoyed our stay, the front desk agent were super helpful. The only downside was the internet, we have our own data and our 5g was not coming in very strong, had to be beside a window for it to work.

Overall good condition but as we enter the apartment, it feels there is smell as if the unit is closed since long time, so I have to buy so many air freshners to reduce the smell.

Beautiful property, four swimming pools all are heated except one. Set up like an apartment. All staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Had an amazing time here.

Loved my stay at Blue Tree. It was quaint and the staff were amazing. It was clean and the pools, spa and grounds were just beautiful!!! I would definitely recommend this place to family and friends. I loved that it didn’t cost an arm and a leg! Five stars in my book!!!

My family (2 adults, 2kids) stayed at the property for a week. There is no bell service which was a disappointment. We got a taxi to the hotel then had to walk through the rain to our room which was on the opposite end of the property with our two kids and luggage. The staff were friendly and did express apologies because they were not allowed to transport luggage in the golf cart. Once in our room we settled and the rest of the vacation went smoothly. The kids enjoyed the pool areas and the shuttle services to the parks were a plus. I would stay here again.

Beware, roaches and blood stains found in the carpet. When reaching out they said roaches appear anyway despite their “pest control efforts”. I’ve stayed in many other hotels in Orlando and have not had this issue. I did have to go out and buy my own cleaning supplies since I didn’t want to to switch rooms at 2am with a 2 year old. The place is outdated and needs a lot of cleaning. Checkout is also the earliest of any other hotel I’ve stayed at in the Orlando area. Hotel refused a refund but I guess you get what you pay for, I wouldn’t recommend.

I liked twin bedrooms two bathrooms for the price they do need to wash the bedding it was dirty dish washer was not great but other then that was not bad and 15 min or less to all the Disney parks.

I usually don’t write reviews unless it’s a positive one. But I have to say, the condo we stayed in needs a complete makeover. The carpets were absolutely disgusting to the point I made my family wear shoes the whole time. It felt unsanitary, and ants were crawling all over the kitchen— even though we never brought food in. We dined out. The coach was old and smelled, so we put sheets over them to sit. I was hopeful when we were driving around the complex, because it is pretty nice (besides the construction) . Outside the condo doors are nice, pools look nice. Walk into the room, not so much. Luckily, we only stayed here two nights and moved on to another location. Please consider tiling the units.

So sorry you had that happen. Expedia has a virtual card or the guest pays on arrival. The reservation may have put put in wrong in the notes that guest pays. If that was the case, our apologies. Over all nice stay but getting a hold of anybody to modify or change a reservation is a nightmare, im still waiting for reimbursement for checking out a day early, I tried to modify my stay a month in advance n they told me I had to pay in full first and upon check out I would get reimbursed after countless phone calls you can never get a hold of the so calf reservation manager who never answers there phone , I feel like I’m going to the Wizard of Oz asking for a new heart I still have not yet met the wiz.

Roberto thank you for your review. The reservation department explained to you as did the front desk you had to contact Expedia since you booked with them and not with our resort. Expedia never contacted us for any such refund. You were taken care of from our department so this review is not a fair review.

Overall the property it’s self was somewhat tidy, pools and hot tub did need more attention for cleanliness as well as some minor touch ups, the outdoor bbq was a nice feature but they only get cleaned in the mornings so they do get pretty dirty and no scrubbers to be able to clean yourself. Unfortunately our room was one that was not updated so it had very old ripped up carpets with multiple stains and walls looked to have mold painted over, we did ask to move but was informed we would be charged more and only if there was space available, since already having to spend enough on this trip we didn’t want to spend even more on this place. We heard through a few people in the pool area that if booking through 3rd party like Expedia and etc that they tend to give out the old un-renovated suites which is sad. Unfortunately for our family we would not stay here again and would not recommend to our friends and family that travel to Florida.

We do not give old rooms to Expedia guest as you stated that is not correct Chad people have no idea what they are talking about unfortunately. We are in the midst of renovation but we have 11 buildings in total and only 2 buildings are complete which owners buildings at this time. Good overall but pretty dead at the pool area. No music. Good for retired folks I guess but not for me. Also. No restaurant on site. Grande villas next door is much better bang for the buck
