I only could stand 1 night in this room because it was dirty, the floors seemed wet, the bathroom door wouldn't shut all the way and there was a weird red residue on the wall of the bathroom. Also, there were bugs that crawled on the bed. The TV also didn't work. When I went to check out the pool and hot tub, they were disgusting and looked like they hadn't been cleaned in months. The water in the hot tub was murky and was filled with leaves. Do not stay here.

Overall, our stay at this hotel was a mixed experience. While the location was convenient, with easy access to restaurants and shopping areas, the outdated facilities and lack of maintenance were disappointing. Rust on metallic parts of the room, uncomfortable beds, and a pervasive mold smell detracted from the comfort of the stay. The dirty and unattended hallways added to the overall negative impression. However, the kind and polite staff at the lobby were a bright spot in the experience. Unfortunately, the scarcity and low quality of room amenities, along with the need to purchase breakfast at the food court, highlighted the budget nature of the accommodation. If you’re looking for a budget option with a good location and don’t mind sacrificing comfort and amenities, this hotel might suffice.

This place was FILTHY! Walked around property upon arrival and deemed it unsafe and gross. Did not checkin, and requested refund which Expedia helped me receive back. Do NOT recommend for families or individuals. It is misrepresented in the photos and completely run down.

Cockroach Heaven, stay away please I beg you. Refused to even stay there 1 night. Most of the furniture was broken. Missing light bulbs and broken lights. The dirt and the smell made it a hotel from hell! DON’T LOSE YIUR MONEY OR YOUR AWESOME VACATION DEALING WITH THESE PEOPLE. Property promises to refund all money it’s been well over a week and they still have yet to refund me.

This place is a joke, we only got to use the pool once in a week because it was closed other days. I booked the room because of the hot tub it never worked. Place is very outdated beds were terrible, had roaches In the bath room. The bar at the pool was closed and hasn’t been open in years, the restaurant Inside was closed and has never been opened In years, arcade half the games didn’t work. Also still haven’t got my deposit back yet! Thing is this place has a lot of potential if had owners that knew what they were doing!!!!

I didn't like the Rooms, Theyvare not a hotel standards most like a motel. RIDICULOUS to charge a $72 resort 😒 fee I never felt safe ... I will do a vetter research for next treip on deals that Expedia offers especially when Im traveling with 3 kids not recommended for a family stay. room service never showed up even I requested a day before. The food court never opened is permanently close . I had to book a Hotel for the rest of my trip for ours safety.

Starting with your Beds being dirty and used mattress for customer service the pool supposed to be open to 12:00 a.m. they shot him down around 7:30 p.m. they made an excuse there was no bottom light off the pool service so there was an electrical issue the security guard came screaming to get out the water and go to the next pool I was with no shirt super cold walking more than 500 ft with my kids to get a new car ds to be able to go inside my room and change because with the rush we left the opening card in the pool, adding up there's construction going on there's a lot of noise in the mornings and when I say morning 6:00 in the morning I felt my car unsafe so I parked my security and the mattress and cleaning the bathroom it needs to be a a priority if I be a building inspector I will close this immediately until they have one area at the time to service the customer even if the price needs to increase service must be plus. I put this review with all the honesty I can your prices are great but you need to change the standards we deserve better service

Gross, took over an hour in line to check in. Rooms are gross and dirty. Power went out for 8 hours no explanation. Pool is the only saving grace. Plz avoid

This said it was 3 star property but it is not. Pictures are deceiving and appears nice but there is blood splattered in hallways, mattresses laying outside of rooms (guessing bed bugs), and we stayed a week with onlt 1 day of cleaning of the room. We requested and were told they only clean the rooms on tuesday and Thursdays. This place is pretty large though and 2 nice big pools. That does not account for the uncomfortable bed, no extra pillows, and begging for towels and bedding. If you can avoid this hotel i would as we will be from now on.

Awful hotel the rooms are filthy dirty and all the bedding had stains on them. We contacted Expedia due to the room we had was filthy and the sheets had boiled sweets stuck to them and the bath had a split in the middle and you couldn’t close the front door. We were offered another room not much better. We have stayed in third world countries where the hotels were much better than this. Stay away !!

We stayed in the kids suite, which the beds are not very comfortable and we had no coffee machine. Previously we had stayed in the two room suite and it was excellent. I would not do the kids suite again. Great for the price.

It was like a crime scene in the seventies. We immediately left and checked into a Disney hotel. I didn’t understand how it could be so bad, I had stayed there before and had no problems. This seemed to be an abandoned building on the edge of their property. The roomed around it seemed to be being used for storage and there were no working lights outside the building, no other cars in that building’s parking lot, if you like real life escape rooms and getting sucked into some soul sucking vortex this place is for you. We were lucky to escape with our lives.

Place is pretty old and not kept up. You get what you pay for. Watch the front desk they will try and charge you even though you pre paid. Check in takes forever as they are slow. Good thing is its.close to everything. Its a roach motel so dont get fooled by the cut and paste pictures.

This was the worst motel experience I ever had. It took almost two hours to check in because there was a huge line and only 2 people working. Not sure why it took so long to make a payment and hand over a room card but it was way too long especially with an impatient five year old. After we checked in our card didn’t work not once but twice and eventually we were given a different room. The room was disgusting and musty. It smelled the minute you opened it and always felt damp. The tile floor was always damp and the furniture was all old and scratched up. They didn’t clean the room or give us new towels or toilet paper our whole stay. It was just bad and there was no place to charge my phone near my bed. The pool and hot tub were nice but there was no tiki bar or restaurant and I didn’t see a playground either. Also, my suv was damaged while parked near my room and someone scratched my windshield. I could also hear people lugging their suitcases down the steps and talking when we were trying to sleep. I would never stay here again.

This was the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had, and I’ve traveled a lot. I drove 16 hours with two small children, who were clearly very upset and exhausted. There was only one receptionist and a huge line in front of me. I stood there for over an hour, and she only got through two people. When I finally said something to get her attention because I wanted to cancel my reservations and find another hotel, she told me to wait my turn! Would not even hear me out, So I walked out and tried to call the office to see if I could contact anyone else there to let them know to cancel my reservations, and they couldn’t even be bothered to answer the phone. When I escalated the situation to Expedia (POOR site, won’t use them again either) They told me due to me, not checking in. There was nothing that they could do. Overall, DO NOT go to this hotel!!! The customer service is so awful. If I could leave no stars I would!

Property is old and has not been maintained very well. There is rust all over inside around the doors. Forget trying to call the front desk from the room telephone. They will never answer. This place is just very run down and there seems to be many people living there full time. More of a long-term cheap motel. But it is close to lots of cool places.

Its getting worse as far as dirty rooms and condition of carpets are so dirty you cand take off your shoes and looks like the have people living in rooms.. The rooms behind the Lobby seem to be best but if they put you in back or left side they are nasty,,Time to pay more and stay elsewhere I think,,All the old soap were still in bathroom used,,

The place is unsafe hotel get on fire🔥 they dont apologize the don't give a money or any compensation for inconvenient.a lot of drug dealers and prostitution in the area rooms dont have lights smells , customer services act like they do really care about.
