Seralago ..... affordable , convenient.......Posted Nov 24, 2015
Pros: This time we lucked out, had two fridges in our room. We also like the quiet.
Cons: Personally for us, nothing need change.
Location: Close to everything, restaurants, Old Town, shopping. Most of the time you don't need a vehicle.
We love Seralago for the convenience to pretty much everything. Close to all the attractions, close to Old Town, various restaurants, shopping. We love the fact there is a small fridge in the room, always nice to keep water and snacks. We don't use the pool, however, upon looking, the pool area is very nice. Staff helpful, and the lobby and area is nice.

Needs renovation inmediately.Posted Nov 24, 2015
The room had mold smell, carpet was dirty, the bathroom condition was very poor. This hotel is the worst ever hotel we have been. Only Guiselle from the front desk was very helpful and tried to solve this issues.

So out dated .. dirty, filthy ,Posted Nov 23, 2015
I wouldnt tell anyone to spend money on this place . First outdated furniture, chairs , couch , curtens , rugs all from the past .. needs major renovations . Out dated tvs . The one in bedroom only worked on one chanel . Living area was dirty . Rugs had stains all over . Air conditioner was filled with dirt and dust . Bathroom was hacked up . Towel rack hanging with nail falling off any time some one walked by it . Entry door was hard to open and close . I didnt rest at all . Tryed at the pool that was supposed to be heated . Not it was so cold . Parking was crazy . Ice machine didnt work on my floor had to leave my floor to get some . Water quality was horable .

GhettoPosted Nov 22, 2015
This hotel is run down. No way should this be a 3 star hotel. Luckily for me, I was only here for one night. I will never stay here again. The facilities are disgusting and the guests are ghetto!!!! There was a fight while we were there. This is NOT a family hotel. This is where drug deals go down!! Stay away!!

Good location for attractions.Posted Nov 16, 2015
Pros: Location from airport was easy to find being on the main road. Transport to attractions was good.
Cons: Being on my own, I was a bit put out that my room was miles away from the reception, although I did feel safe when I went out at night.
Location: I had already been to many attractions, but found it easy to get to the ones that I had not visited and did so on this trip.
Room needed some maintenance, air conditioning unit very noisy, fridge froze contents and carpet was very dirty. Inside bar was not open!

older but mostly clean and near DisneyPosted Nov 15, 2015
The hotel was a little run down but it seemed clean enough. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. My only issue was a disturbance that happened at 330am the night of our stay. There was yelling and fighting in the parking lot right outside our door. Not just two people but a brawl of like 8 or 10 young people. The hotel was suppose to have security but they didn't show up, and with my two babies in the hotel room with me, it was a little scary. Not sure if I'd stay here again.

Close to Old TownPosted Nov 13, 2015
Cons: Include breakfast for all stays
Location: Old Town, Disney
We were offered a room on the ground level, then we were let know that the hotel is under renovation so I asked if our room was already renovated and it was not. I asked for one that has been renovated - good move, but know that all the renovated rooms are on the second level. Our room faced Old Town which was loud until they closed down for the night. Breakfast is available but was not included in the room rate.
