CLOSE TO THE PARKS ,VERY NICE POOLS AND JACUZZIS

Pros: close to the parks and restaurants
Cons: the bathrooms and the water pressure
Location: they have all kinds of restaurants ,stores gas station and the mall about 10 or 15 min
the 3rd.night in this hotel the faucet from the bathtub fell on my feet. I was on the 5th. floor and the water pressure was to low.I did go to the concierge and told one of the person there what happened and they wanted to send me someone to fix at 10:30 pm i told them I'm tired just came from the parks send somebody tomorrow when I'm not in the room to fix it. At the end they never said anything to me if they fix it or just push the thing back god knows.This hotel needs a Big time remodeling on those bathrooms,also the toilet was old too.The housekeeping ladies they do their best to keep it clean i never had any problem with that ,I had clean towels every day and water.

The room was nice and clean. The kids loved the bunk bed and the kiddie pool.

Best stay ever

We got there before check in they were going to give us a key so we could hang out at the pool, they up graded our room, we had the best time. The morning we were leaving we realized we had used all of our towels, I called forsome and they sent warm ones up. We will be back.

Slow

Check in slow. Room service slow. Room service not refills toilet paper roll. Calling for toilet tissues waited an hours was nothing. Buy tickets to themes park unfriendly to answer questions. Need talk to both husband & wife for special promotion.they're 2 staff stand next together. I was told her my husband are disabled it hard to get up & down to the car. She told me no promotion if she not talk to both of us. When my husband & me talking agree for the price then steps to another staff besides, no promotion ( because that her promotion not my). Final I bought full price tickets to the park & my husband difficult to get up and down to the car. Terrible

Bad experience

2 days without room cleaning , Rooms are small and old fashioned. Pool is ok also location is perfect I plan a 10 days visit but I only stay 4 I change hotel

Awful experience

0 starts. Worst experience ever. They stole our credit card information and put a lot of charged on it. It wasn't just me. We were a group of almost 20 people with different reservations and they put extra charged on all the credit cards. We needed to dispute all of them. Service sucks, just the restaurant is good , but just the services. We had breakfast at the restaurant and we all saw the tips was included so we didn't leave extra tip but they added it and over charged. More issues.... I checked in at noon and they told me check in started at 3pm and that they will call me. I went to the pool and when I realized it was 6pm and no one had call me. I went to the reception i needed to asked for late check out. More...... coming back home we realized they charge everyone a " service fee" for $30 USD per day that wasn't state anywhere when we were reserving the rooms. Never coming back.....

It was decent

The location was great with lots of restaurants around an md both Disney and Umiversal are close by, but there was a smell in our room and in the halls sometimes, but it wasn't totally horrible. Price was decent but they could use some updating. I would stay again for the location and price. They play games in the pool area to interact with the guests and kids and you can win prizes. Complementary shuttle only goes to Disney and it's not very often and stops early. That should change because it's so close that sometimes families like to go back to hotel with small kids and rest and then go back to park later for parade and fireworks. All in all it was good.

Very nice hotel

Pros: My kids love the pool. I like the room.
Cons: The Wi-Fi.
Location: Well the location is great abd and close to a lot of places that I love .
The staffs was very helpful, professional. They welcom us with open arms. They makes us feel home.

Overrated not a real resort

After staying in other hotels and condo resorts this hotel has no business calling themselves a resort. Does a resort have only one microwave in the lobby for the entire hotel? Does a resort only have standard swimming pools . Is it a resort because they charge a $26 a day resort fee? The contrast between this hotel and resorts you can see from this one is night and day.
