I love this place. I honestly wish they would have free parking just for the guest but i guest they got a huge water bill so they need to charge somewhere.

Didn't like the surprise parking fee! Room was not as clean as it should have been, even had melting ice cream from the last guest in the fridge!

Worst Experience Ever
发布日期：2021年5月11日 发布在：HotelsWhen arrived at hotel , I was told I had to pay a $75 pet fee even though Hotels.com website states pets stay free. Upon arriving in room I booked a room to accommodate 8 people with a balcony that was supposed to come with pool views and a high room floor. My room didn’t come with a balcony nor pool views or a high room. I called the front desk and they told me they couldn’t accommodate me to another room even though that’s what I booked and paid for on website because it’s not a guarantee. I even asked if their was a room I could check in the next day to accommodate what we asked for and they told me NO!! It’s the worst experience I ever had and this was my first time visiting Orlando.

Unless you plan on wasting a bunch of money and then have a bunch of money stolen do not stay here. The employees all the way to the Managers are complete jerks. We had cleaning staff walk into our room in morning without knocking twice. I was undressed at the time completely. They made a huge billing mistake lied about it then did it again when we left.
