I HATE THIS RESORT!!!
(1) I could not get the car out of the parking lot after checkout. The EXIT gate screen said I needed my room key. But I had turned it in when checking out. I had to back up, turn the car around, go back to the valet station, and they walked me through the screens needed for them to raise the gate. Why wasn't something said when I turned the room keys in? We wasted 20 minutes just getting out of the parking lot.
2) There is no way to order breakfast off a menu. There was a breakfast buffet for over $20.00 per person. Aside from that, there was a Marketplace with "Grab 'n Go".
3) For lunch, you can order off a menu only at the Pool Bar & Grill. However, the bartenders are more interested in pushing out $16 cocktails than taking an order for a $16 pizza. One bartender (Kaycin??) actually ignored us for over 15 minutes (only 6 customers were there) after we requested menus, and we had to ask the other one to help us. And that was the 2nd day in a row being ignored by Kaycin (sp?). The resort should provide adequate service from the only restaurant open for lunch.
3) The pools look serene and inviting in promotional photos. The reality is screaming kids on the water slide and splashing from water volleyball smackdowns, and noisy machinery.
4) Our room safe did not work. The pillows were soft and lumpy.
That said.....
1) the staff in the Marketplace tried hard to please
2) the pool area was well maintained
