We returned to this hotel for the second time on this trip because of the good experience that we had last time in restaurants, breakfast, facilities, cleanness. But we found that was all circumstantial of the team who was working at that time. The experience this time was very bad to the extend that you call recipiention and guests services but they don't answer and i have to go to them to make my requests and setting up wake up calls but they call you 30 minutes late. And we find food on one of the beds and behind the TV cabinet from earlier guests. The AC in the bedroom is not cooling well that we have to keep the door open for the living room in order to make the room livable.

It was very easy to get from the airport! I didnā€™t like the wait,to get to my room. I wanted the rooms with family to be near by, they couldnā€™t do that. Personally staff at front desk could be nicer. I know they have a lot of ppl to get checked in. Another thing was that after I got checked in, they said I have to wait till rooms were ready. after 2 hours I asked for my room, and they said it was ready, I was upset , because if I didnā€™t check , I would of been waiting longer. This was my first time there, I had told the staff, it was annoying , because I couldnā€™t figure out how to get to my room and I told them that , and asked them could I get something closer, they said no. Ppl need to understand , clients donā€™t know the resort as well as staff. Bar waiter was good, excellent service on housekeeping . They were very polite, and answered my questions. Overall experience was great, I would luv to come back .

We think the hotel was way overpriced even with some points I had in The vacation app I used. The hotel is very old and is not updated, and I didnā€™t agreed with some of the extra charges. The really good about this hotels is its location and the wonderful staff, everyone was super friendly.

Don't believe the Fake reviews! This place was clean, great staff, great food. Pools were clean as was the room. Older property, but this place was built well and it shows. Rooms need some updating, tile and new Furniture and it's good to go. We had a great stay.

Amazing price for a room that slept 6-8 people comfortably, with a balcony overlooking the awesome pool area! We booked a room with a large bed (can't remember if it was a King or Queen) 2 bunk beds, & a sleeper sofa/pull out couch. It was a suite style & so nice that we could close our door with all the kids sleeping in the next room & the bathroom in between so everyone could access it. The room was clean. The pool area was the highlight! A waterslide, a regular pool, a sport pool & a kids fun wading & fountain pool. Also a tiki bar. Some areas are worn or slightly dated but the property is maintained well & our room was clean. Great value & wonderful for families!!

Be warned! This property looks NOTHING like Expedias provided photos. This property is run down, unkept and not clean. On top of your nightly price, it is also $25/day to park at the ā€˜resortā€™ and there is an additional $25/day ā€˜resort fee.ā€™ Iā€™m not sure how a place this unkept can charge a daily resort fee. It was dirty, there were holes in the walls, the hotel room doors were falling apart, the room smelled terrible, our balcony was covered in mildew, the tiles in the hot tub were cracked/falling out/covered in mold. All the pool nets were ruined and hanging shreds of material. This is far from a ā€˜resortā€™ & I canā€™t believe how misleading Expedia's photos are.

**Review for Sheraton Lake Buena Vista** I recently stayed at the Sheraton Lake Buena Vista, and unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. Upon arrival, I noticed cockroaches in the hallway, which was extremely off-putting. Adding to my disappointment, I was charged an extra $260 on top of the room rate I had already paid. This unexpected charge was not clearly explained, leaving me feeling frustrated and misled. The room itself was also disappointing. Despite my expectations, there was no balcony, and both the tub and sink were clogged, making my stay uncomfortable. Overall, my stay at Sheraton Lake Buena Vista was marred by cleanliness issues, unexpected charges, and poorly maintained amenities. I would not recommend this hotel based on my experience.
