Nice, quiet hotel

Cons: waited over an hour and 15 minutes for a shuttle that was supposed to come every half hour, and I called for it three times.
The hotel staff was very nice and accommodating. We had a very delicious lunch at the bar before spending the afternoon at the beautiful heated pool which connected indoor/outdoor. The hotel bar was definitely pricey for drinks. We ate at the buffet for breakfast. The staff servers were pleasant, but not sure the breakfast was worth the price--it was pretty much standard breakfast, nothing special about it. The room was very nice and spacious. Everything was very clean. The bed was comfortable.

It was a one night stay and the room was very spacious and the bed very comfortable, my girlfriend and I didn't want to leave the bed. Clean hotel and we enjoyed our stay

For an airport hotel they should have more than one shuttle van

Thank you for your feedback. We actually do have more than one shuttle van since one vehicle would not guarantee 24 hour service every day of the year. Due to the size of the hotel and the shuttle runs only being 30 minutes apart, it is however rare for us to drive more than one vehicle at a time. Please let us know if you experienced any transportation issues.

Way over rated

The hotel is in need of updating but that won't fix the main issue. The walls are paper thin. The lobby is open to an atrium above where loud groups checking in/out, breakfast patrons' sounds and even hotel staff will wake you early. The desk staff will do nothing to re accommodate you or attempt to keep the sound down. I checked in at 1 am and by 6 gave up on sleeping. I've stayed at nearly every hotel on that circle and this one is by far the lowest quality. Watch the price too. The advertised price doesn't include parking or complimentary breakfast as does most of the other hotels on the same road. Overall, old rooms, noisy and nickel and dime the customer with no service or support.

Having stayed at nearly every hotel in the airport circle, I am sure you are aware that all full service hotels charge for parking as well as breakfast. We were surprised to hear that you found our hotel in need of an update since we just finished a complete renovation in 2014. Very nice place near by the airport, malls and parks, very convenient, great room like a apt with leaving room, office etc.
