Nice!

We were 20 minutes away from the parks and many tourist attractions. Nice room and staff. My one complaint: paying for parking??

Regarding your question about parking – presently all full service hotels charge for parking in the airport area, yet our fee is the lowest. We hope you choose to stay with us again!

-Suit design is amazing -You can tell that the hotel is too old (more than 20 years old) -Some of the front desk staff don't smile at all -Housekeeping services were excellent - All in all, we felt sad when we left the hotel -Sure will visit again if the front desk staff will have had extensive training in how to meet the customer needs and exceed his/her satisfaction

Great rooms except we were in a pet room!

Pros: The room was very nice. We did not use amenities as we did not have time. We were there foe a funeral. The staff was very accommodating as we had some small problems with our first room.
Cons: Our first room had fleas in the carpet! They were not biting but jumping. No bedbugs or bites. Noticed them in the middle of the night. Called service in the morning and were moved immediately to a bugless room. It was near a stairway to outside which they usually use as pet rooms. I should have asked for money back on the room but with the funeral just did not want to bother. It was not offered.

Nice hotel, friendly staff - cost $10/day to park vehicles overnight. There are tolls ($2.25 each way) if you are traveling to any of the Disney parks.

Very Good buy pricey

Everything looks good. The only thing is that is tjat kind of hotel you need to walk and walk to get to your room. It's pricey for an Airport Hotel but the breakfast was really good. There is no minibar and there was just one free bottle of water, should be two if we are two guests. But the overall is a very good hotel, Sheraton quality, very good.

Who pulled the alarm

Great location, staff did a great job. Fire alarm took place on our 1st night. Stayed a week and by the last day totally forgot about that disturbance. Courtesy ride to & from the airport was the best!

To answer your question Jeffrey, the false alarm was caused by a small amount of dust inside a smoke detector. This was unfortunately not preventable and we appreciate your understanding. Location: I didn't do anything as it was just a layover for one night. But hey, it's Orlando, what's not to do.
I was quite surprised at the quality of the hotel. I was expecting a bit less because of the word "suites" in the name but I was completely wrong. From the room to the bedding in the room it was first class. The restaurant was top notch and the food of high quality. This chain will become my hotel of choice every time I get the opportunity to travel and one is available where I'm going.

Friendly and Helpful

Pros: The staff and that it was close to the airport.
Cons: Nothing. I was very happy.
Location: There are several shops and restaurants near by. It is also very close to the airport.
The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. They were able to pick up and drop us off at the airport. We arrived very early and they were able to get us into our room instantly at no additional charge. When we became hungry the staff recommended and drove us to a restaurant. Truly accommodating and helpful.
