Pros: Easy check-in. Courteous staff.
Cons: There was a musty smell in the bathroom, almost as if the shower curtain had been left in the washing machine too long or had to hang dried too often.
Location: Very close to shopping, amusement/theme parks, etc.
Hotel was very nice, quiet, clean. As described in the Expedia listing.

Pros: The room itself was top-notch. Staff was very courteous and helpful. VERY clean and had a convenient location.
Cons: Elevator was out of service when I checked out, which made lugging my suitcase down from the 3rd floor cumbersome, but it was a minor inconvenience.
Location: Lots of restaurant options nearby. I was there for work, so I didn't get to explore many social options, though the hotel provided info.
I traveled to Orlando for work and could not have been more pleased with the Sheraton Suites. The room was very clean, comfortable, and spacious. It was convenient to both the airport and my business destination. The staff was friendly and helpful. The on-site restaurant had good service and a nice-sized menu. Room service was prompt. The pool area was especially nice, as it had both indoor and outdoor options. Overall, I would recommend this hotel without hesitation. I will definitely be spending my return business trips with them.

nice hotel close to the airport

Pros: It was close to the airport and it had a restaurant. Food was very good.
Location: Does not apply to me.
I had a room by the pool and exercise room. It was very noisy. Otherwise room was very nice!!!

Pros: Pool/hot tub/ big rooms.
Cons: hotel management and cleaning management.
Terrible experience. Had an item stolen from our room. The first response was, couldn't be our staff. Second was, what was it and how much was it worth? Regardless the value of the item,it still doesn't make it right. Spoke with cleaners manager and hotel manager(so we were told) both denied it. Thing is we just had the item in our hand 5 min before we left room. The only people in room were me,my girlfriend and cleaners...... there was no action taken what so ever. They just kept saying,"we have full confidence in our staff". That's fine,but it absolutely was taken. As for all the back door fees....meaning,charging credit card for room in advance and parking. I thought that when you rented at a hotel your parking was included? Hotels response was its common in the hotel business. Again, that's fine for the average traveler. So what about the unfamiliar traveler? Shouldn't all the fees be explained at check in? I'll never stay in a Sheraton again.

Convenient location to airport.

We were stranded after our flights were cancelled. This was a convenient location. Transportation was provided from and to the airport. It was pricey, but we were tired and afraid we would be sleeping at the airport so we booked it quickly.

close to airport

Location: came from cape canaverel. NASA visit very good.
OK- only complaint - when entered the room the temp was set at 62F - to cold.

Good food options and wine options

We stayed for 1 night- beds were comfortable. Movie options great. One of the TV movies option wasn't working but it didn't matter in the end- kids watched their iPads. It was so nice to see healthy food options on a hotel menu and decent wines. Shuttle and location were great! Would recommend for sure.

Pros: Convenience. The location and close proximity to all activities was awesome. The rooms are cozy and clean. The staff helpful and polite.
Cons: I can't really find anything negative to say about this hotel or the staff.
Location: Close to everything. Parks, restaurants, movie theatre, shopping.
Although we did not stay very long (4 nights), I must say that our stay was very nice. The staff was great, always eager to be of assistance. The room was clean and cozy.

Good stay but not perfect

Pros: Clean. Convenient location, comfortable and Mike the shuttle driver
Cons: Food and staff training in communications during emergencies.
Location: Excellent restaurants nearby. IHOP, Carrabas, Bonefish, Hooters, Alexander's Pizza and also Marriott next door has a great restaurant where we ate 1x.
Positives. Very clean throughout. Shuttle service was excellent, especially Mike who couldn't do enough to accommodate, He was by far the best rep the hotel has. Check - in was smooth and easy with helpful front desk staff. Indoor/outdoor pool well maintained including hot tub. Housekeeping did a great job. There are many excellent restaurants nearby and the shuttle will take you there and back. Negatives: Few but worth mentioning. Hot water in bathrooms can get scalding hot instantly. Not an issue for me but anyone with young kids will need to use caution. Food service not great. I did not use this much but the couple of times that I did, the food was overpriced and the quality was sub-par. They couldn't even make iced coffee correctly. Better food and prices at nearby restaurants. Just my opinion. Lastly, when the fire alarms went off mid-morning with verbal orders that there was an emergency in the building; evacuate at once, there was no follow-up by staff. Front desk when asked said they were testing the alarms. My wife left a message for the manager that she was dissatisfied with how this was handled but she got no response, These few negatives overshadowed an otherwise great visit.

We were especially delighted to read that you enjoyed the hotel’s cleanliness, shuttle service, pool and friendly staff. We apologize for the inconvenience the fire alarm caused. The “verbal orders” as you describe them are actually system generated and automated to be announced at the same time the visual alarms go off. Once we verified that it was a false alarm we announced this over the speaker and our staff ensured that all guests who waited outside were aware. We would certainly like to speak with you further about your experience, especially since none of our managers seemed to have received a message from anybody regarding the alarm.
