Overall a nice place to stay

We chose this roome becasue it had a kitchen, but there were no puts and pans to cook with! The access to the freeways and shopping is within minutes. Epcot Center is a short drive from the hotel. We enjoyed the warm pool and free breakfast at the resturant.

6 of us stayed in a 2 room villa. Very big and all your needs are already there. very secure resort with lots of food options We stayed in the fountains area. Great pool and hot tubs. If you don't want to hear their sales pitch then don't. They never bugged us

Great place

Pros: The layout was convenient. The preferred smoking areas were comfortable and not jammed next to garbage cans!
Location: Great location. Ten minute drive to Disney, Universal and Seworld.
Three generations of family together. Staff was friendly and helpful. Villas were clean and well equipped and poolside bars had great food. Perfect place for families or couples and Disney is a $10 Uber ride away.

Perfectly beautiful & quiet villa

Pros: It was nicer than what we were expecting. Everything we hoped it would be. Even had a vacuum cleaner (which we didn't need but nice to have).
Cons: Include 1 load of laundry soap
Location: Very easy to get to Disney Springs. Grocery store and many restaurants to choose from just down the street.
We were more than pleased with how nice the villa was. It was very clean and our entire stay was very quiet with no disturbances. Lots of amenities. Everything is so beautiful. It was like having our own 2 bedroom fully furnished condo on a beautify property with a semi private pool right by our villa and a few other pool options including the large one in the center of the property. Was pleasantly surprised to see a small bottle of dish washing liquid and dish detergent for the dish washer. The kitchen was fully equipped with many more things than what we were expecting including a toaster and blender. Small washer and dryer was very nice to have. Laundry soap was not included but I brought some as I wasn't sure what to expect so that was totally fine. They have an option also where you can "go green" by skipping the daily cleaning service and in exchange you get a voucher for 2 people to have breakfast in their breakfast buffet for each night you're there (non-transferable). If you have more than 2 people in your party they can simply pay the $15 to join you in the buffet. I thought that was a really nice option.

Perfect Vacation location

Pros: The space and convenience.
Cons: provide shampoo and soap at the pool showers.
My family had a great experience at the Sheraton Vistana. It was accessible to Disney Parks, restaurants, and the highway. Even though it was chilly outside, 40's - 60's most days, we still utilized the heated outdoor pool, which was clean and a large size. Great bathrooms and showers at the pool. It was very convenient to have a starbucks on the property. We used the shuttle to get to Epcot one day and drove the other days simply because we wanted the freedom to come and go as we pleased without waiting for the shuttle. All staff was kind and accomodating. The housekeeping staff was excellent. They responded to any request in a timely manner and they were very thorough in the cleaning of our villa. We had so much space that I would only go back to this specific location if I visit Orlando again. Great experience, perfect family vacation!!!

muy buen hotel cerca de todo

Pros: la decoración, la amplitud de los ambientes, el equipamiento mejor de lo esperado, camas muy confortables, por las noches muy seguro y silencioso
Cons: el cobro por uso del telefono, es obsenamente caro $32 por dos llamadas de 8 minutos. Ni lo toquen.
Location: muy cerca de buenos restaurantes y también a muy pocos minutos de los parques, excelente ubicación
una experiencia muy agradable, el apartamento muy bien decorado con buen gusto, las habitaciones muy confortables en general todo muy bien mantenido, muy limpio.

Great experience. The only issue was at the time of leaving, the cleaning staff waited outside our room rushing is to leave even though we got an hour extension on our check out

TIMESHARE PRESSURE

Pros: The actual interior of the apartment is nice and clean.
Cons: Treat this as an actual hotel and not a timeshare.
Location: Orlando amusement parks.
The facility looks to be converted apartment rentals to hotel rentals and the unit we stayed in was in great condition, however, building 50 is maybe 30 yards from the major freeway and we could hear every single car, truck, motorcycle, etc. that drove by day and night. We ended up downloading a white noise application to help offset the sporadic noise throughout the night. The check-in was a hassle because they will not just give you your keys and map, they try to get you to agree to sit for a free breakfast and a $125 payout for the Sheraton timeshare program. We declined several times before they then sent us to collect our check-in from another desk who again tried to convince us to go. We said no again. We then went to Disney World and did not get back to the hotel until 2:00 am and dropped into bed only to find the exterior noise an issue and had a hard time falling asleep. Promptly at 10:00 am we were called by the hotel staff to AGAIN ask us to come for a presentation and I had to tell them no three additional times. They started the conversation with "we know your husband said that you were not interested in attending but it is free and no obligation so why not?". They obviously knew we had already declined and continued to push us. They woke my husband, myself, and two teenage daughters up and did not apologize. I would not recommend that anyone stay here and furthermore Expedia should remove this hotel from their availability.
