I would compare this hotel to a glorified Residence Inn. It's a maze of buildings that requires a map to find your room. I liked all the amenities if you can find them. They have several pools however you will need your car to get to some of them. The worst part of my stay was finding out this is a timeshare, they will try and sell you the second you finish checking in and will call everyday thereafter. Beware don't take the "welcome packet"

We thank you for taking the time to write and share your experience of the Sheraton Vistana Resort. We are very glad you have arrived here safely, and yes, we do recommend renting a vehicle for your convenience. We realize it takes time to learn the entire resort, considering the vast expanse of 135 acres, with all needed amenities.
While we appreciate your views expressed for Timeshare Vacation, our goal is to share updates and benefits to our owners and Exchange Members, offer knowledge to other guests and help promote ownership. Perchance this is not for you and we understand! In the future, please tell our Teams that you are not interested! There are no obligations to attend.
Looking forward to host you again soon
