The hotel did not come in and clean for the entire week we were there. No new towels, shampoo, conditioner, and they didn’t even take out the trash. We had to call to get any of these things done.

The room was spacious and the trundle bed was nice. However, for the money it cost I would expect it to be cleaner. They only had 3 towels and 2 wash cloths in the room and when I went down to ask for more the gentleman was a little rude.

We had to switch rooms 3 times! The first room had a big wet spot on the floor from a leaky a/c unit. The 2nd room was super humid and musty smelling with mildew on the shower curtain, walls and ceiling. The staff tried to be helpful but overall the property didn’t feel well cared for.
