Pros: Location mostly.
Cons: Not much can be done in terms of genuine warmth of front desk being absent. Maybe a generator can be invested in?
There was a power outage that was pretty frightening one night. Location was pretty good for someone without a car. Front desk seemed to only do what was absolutely required of them. Rooms nice and breakfast ok.

Nice hotel close to Orlando International Airport

Pros: The shower was nice and big and tile. Not our normal tub shower.
Location: Lots of places to eat and close to the Orlando International Airport. Do not use the two gas stations closet to hotel. Cost more $$$$$.
Very nice hotel. Clean, roomy, and quiet. The check in was fast.

Very close proximity to airport

Hotel location is very close to Orlando International airport. Everything was great except the bathroom in our room needs to be cleaned better. It was like housekeeping did a rush job to clean the bathroom because the smell was horrible.

Location: location was ideal to what we were there for so!
hotel room was very clean and bed comfy. we slept there for 3 days and it was well worth it. No complaints about amenities.

The hotel and staff were great and friendly. It was the guests that were loud. It sounded like the kids were bouncing on the beds. I think it finally stopped around 1:30 am.

Broken AC

After a long day I was more then relieved to get to my hotel room, the room itself was very nice and clean and well appointed. I noticed the air conditioner clicking when I came into the room but knew that because of the three conventions going on that weekend it wasn't likely I would get another room so I decided to deal with it. I cranked down the ac but it never cooled the room off, the clicking was loud and intermittent so when I was able to fall asleep it would wake me up sporadically. The room stayed very warm the whole night. Around 3am I went down to the front desk to see if something could be done. The girl at the front desk was sympathetic but couldn't offer me much other than a free water and tylenol for my trouble. I ended up checking out early exhausted and annoyed.
