Need to stay at another stay ridge

The stay started off horribly. I had reserved a king size bed,since I am almost 7ft tall,and also called 3.5 hours in advanced because we were having car issues to ensure I would have my room with a king bead and on the lower level so i did not have to lig my 10 momth old child to the third floor with all of our luggage. Staybridge team member stated it would be no problem and also called the locstion and ensired the room would be available. Upon areival not only did I end up with a dual queen room I also ended up on the third floor. I asked why and how there was a mix uo since i called and staynridge stated there would be no problem. They team member stated that they were overbooked. So i asked how was that my fault? No repsonse other than repeating that they overbooked and all they had was the two queens. Took the room and was in hope of combing the beds but that didnt work either cause you couldnt move the beds. So had to improvise and thank fully we brought our blow up. Then the next morning went up to the front after the team member said the manager would be in in the morning. No manager but the team member up there was willing to help so we asked to see if they had another room with a king soze bed,to which they said they did. Perfect,until we realized there was no hot water. The hotel attendant was then sent out to our room and told us to leave the water running for a couple of mins,which turned into 10-12 mins.
