Why Expedia even has this is beyond me. This is gross, bugs, dirty, floors sticky. We lasted 1 min before leaving and booking another hotel. Wrecked cars in the lot and a scary place.Ltd aa slumlord equivalent

Sketchy and dirty place. I would not stay here even 1 night. Expedia charged me $92, and resort refunded $77. $25 upcharge through Expedia. Much cheaper directly through the company directly.

I booked this hotel last minute base of the reviews. Bad idea!!! The front desk close at 11pm. So the regular motel 6 employee take the keys for late reservation. Well my keys did not work. The receptionist used the emergency keys and they didn't work. He didn't have access to test the keys. So I'm was without a room till 3am. Luckily someone did not make their reservation at the regular motel so he got me in. Thank God!!! My food went bad because the new room didn't have a refrigerator in it. I had to wait until they open at 9am to complain. The receptionist was not much help but did try to refund my money. The Manager called me and offered my a room. I took it because i was only staying a few hr before leaving home. The door wouldn't lock and they had to come fix the issue. The room smelt like cigarettes. Just disgusting!!!! The environment didn't feel safe so we didn't get in the pool. I do not recommend this place to anybody! Run fast

The place was nasty and dirty, and had to smell of urine everywhere. My kids sitting outside playing with dogs. I would not recommend taking your family here.

It’s a studio six so you’re getting what you pay for. We had to ask for extra toilet paper twice, the trash was never taken out from the last person, and when we asked for a trash bag the first time, they didn’t have any. We did finally get a trash bag and made the most out of our trip, but we were definitely scared of the bugs lol.

Studio 6 horrible stay.
We arrived to a room that was not ready. Finally given keys to a room for two nights. Floors filthy. Picture of towel we wiped our feet on. Remote didn't work, shower head missing, light over stove out, looking at sheets bed was never changed from previous rental.

Bad hotel
Bad deal, after we arrived. I went to check-in to find out that the hotel decided to cancel my reservation. The reservation was made back on November 13, 2023. On or around 7:00 PM as we were on are way to the hotel, I received a call from the hotel staff to notify me of the cancellation. I was force to travel back home. The worst of the worst.

A lucky escape!
When I arrived with my wife and young kids to check-in, we were informed that our room was no longer available. The receptionist was apologetic and tried to be as helpful as possible, but ultimately was powerless to contribute to finding any room or alternative accommodation. In the end, we had to go to the Holiday Inn around the corner and pay 3 x the price for a last minute booking. Having seen the state of the Studio 6 exterior, reception and bathroom, we regarded this as a lucky escape. My family were overjoyed they didn’t have to stay there. There is nothing to recommend about this hotel.

some residents play loud music without respecting the community and the children who are also there, some cars fly at high speed, we had problems with both air conditioners which were never fixed, after that everything seems almost "normal" there. algunos vecinos ponen música a todo volumen sin respetar a la comunidad y a los niños que también están allí, algunos autos vuelan a gran velocidad, tuvimos problemas con ambos aires acondicionados los cuales nunca fueron reparados, después de eso todo parece casi "normal" allí.

Half of power outlets did not work. Did not have the room I booked on hotels.com. Kids running wid everywhere. Homeless and dope heads in and out the parking lot. Bed hard as rock. 2 pillows that were very flat. Just not a good place at all.

I have stayed there many times and this was the worst experience I’ve had the kid at the front desk was to bizy on the phone the cleaning person was cussing on the phone to the staff all I smelled all night was pot has gone down hill sence it’s became a monthly rental will not recommend it

A long walk to upstairs room with luggage but no elevator accessible, drug user around every corner, drunk dwellers with liquor bottles in hands in the scene, young people ran around upstairs walkway play trick games rocking all the motel buildings in shakes, room was smelly, broken door lock won’t be secured for security. Checked out earlier before 7:00am, the motels office was not yet open. A totally sad stay, forks please keep it away!

Check in time said 3pm. Arrived after 3pm, room not ready. Told another 1 1/2 hours. Gave them my phone number and went to eat. 2 hours later, no call. Went back, room. Not ready. Agent ran to try and find a room. Looked around the place and noticed it was dumpy, not clean, strange odor in the lobby, and a sign up that said help prevent sex trafficking. That was enough for me. We left and found accommodations elsewhere. Location was good my condition of hotel and overall feeling of not being safe was enough to make us go somewhere else

Don’t stop and look. Drive fast and don’t look back. Horrible does not describe a quarter of the horrible experience. Yes I understand. This is multiple six. I was trying to find a cheap stay for a couple days boy that I find it. The streets were a lot cleaner and safer and habitable than this room. The room stunk like smoke. The sheets were dirty the pillows had no pillowcase, it was just I can’t even say a hole in the wall

Do not recommend. Not worth it. Dirty! There was also several dead Cockroaches everywhere on the floors. Looks like they recently sprayed the place. Looked like blood stains in bath tub and on door. I had to go buy disinfectant to clean the floors and get rid of the dead roaches. Sprayed the bath tub and chairs. Chairs were so dirty as well. Barely touched anything. Good thing I brought my own blanket and pillows. You can see outside through the crack in the door. The additional door lock was missing 2 screws. Definitely did not feel safe. Reservation was for 2 nights. Left on the second day after I did was I was in Orlando for. Only good experience was with the front desk. First room they gave me smelled of dog piss and bleach. So they gave me the room with the dead cockroaches.

The staff here is polite and very helpful. The rooms are a little bigger than the most hotels they're older but they do the job when you need a place to sleep and take a shower.
