I really enjoyed staying there, it wasn’t until the last day that I really checked out what was on sight, because of visiting the parks in Orlando. I was amazed at all the activities I done on the last day, and I wish I would’ve stayed longer just to enjoy it more. I will definitely go back. You can stay on site and have fun with all this place offers.

We loved the property grounds and pools. Live music was great! Different vibes at each pool we checked out. Family friendly and safe. Our room was clean! A bit outdated and you could hear everything at night. We were all so tired we fell asleep anyway. Proximity to attractions and we were able to spend a day on the east and west coasts. Driving wasn’t a huge deal (there was traffic of course) we were happy about the opportunity.

Loved our 6 day stay. The kids liked the resort so much that they wanted to stay and hang out instead of one of our amusement park days. 10/10 Would recommend.

Great location Nice pools Stayed in condo with balcony overlooking pool. Decided to stay in condo because villas do not have balcony or porches . Great one man band at one of the pools. If I could say one thing would be is to have plunger in room. Also no sugar or salt and pepper in rooms

It was nice to find someone’s underwear under the tv stand! But we pay for cleaning!! Handicap parking was only for 1 person per unit that we saw- customer service was a lot to be desired!

The only thing I didn’t like was parents not watching their children dive in and out of the hot tub while adults were trying to relax.

The people were staying next too were loud and had their trash in front of the door which made our room stank . When called and complained nothing was done . It took maintenance 2 hours to remove the trash from infront of the room

a nice stay , not fancy but nice. Was alway plenty of pool chairs.tiki bar prices were high,front desk personal were nice.Traffic in the area was tough

We were there before 4:00 to check in but couldn't get in till 5:00 and I had to call to find out if it was ready because they never called like they said they were going to when it was ready and when I called the lady said yes it's ready now

We stay here almost every month when visiting our special needs son in the area. It's a very nice place, it always clean and efficient, and is close to a grocery store and restaurants. I wish we could see the numbers on the buildings more clearly at night. We also didn't have any face towels in our room and heard kids running in the room above us several times. Other than that, it was spacious and very nice.

We liked the resort. Staff was friendly and helpful. Nice play to stay and it was fun to visit the playground, water playground, multiple pools, and zip line . We didn’t get to the mini golf or basketball, but it was nearby that they were also nearby and free. One thing we didn’t like was that the wifi was pretty poor and intermittent. Even the cellphone “data” access was also pretty poop, almost like it’s a dead spot. Kind of frustrating when you have things to plan in your phone like visiting Disney, etc.

Nice area, nice people. Would prefer 2 Queen beds. Pullouts are not comfortable and very outdated. Also, we kept finding little bugs everywhere on our beds and in our clothes. Don’t know what they were but hope they weren’t bed bugs!!

Enjoyed the pool outside our room. Overall, more chairs are needed around all the pools. All staff we encountered were very friendly! Only complaint was the WIFI was terrible!

I definitely thought it had potential to be amazing but 1. They make u take out your own trash prior to check out ( what a ridiculous policy) if we are paying for services - that is one thing u don’t want your guest to leave with … (extremely sad) 2. mini golf - need it clean and attended to daily 3 . Zip-line should be everyday.. that is part of Amenities and should available all day and start early in the day before 12 noon !! There should be more communication about rooms , where they are located, if upstairs- provide help or place elevators . Otherwise acceptable

Loved that there was washer dryer in the unit. Full kitchen and had most regular appliances including blender. Electric kettle would be nice but was provided with a stove top one. Very spacious. Remeber to bring all your own disposables including tp.

Our stay was good at this property. We stayed at a two bedroom Villa on the ground level. The unit was older and had noisy bathroom vents, but other than that the unit had a full kitchen and it had all the appliances necessary. We had access to all the pools and to the gym and recreation area. There is a resort fee for those rental units. Overall it was a nice stay.

The resort was nice with many amenities, lots of fun things to do on site. Rooms were very nice. Only major complaint is that the wifi connection was terrible, the only place I found a consistent signal was on the balcony. Be mindful that the location of the resort is a bit inconvenient especially if you are visiting parks, traffic in the area is terrible.

There are 7 pools and hot tubs at most, fun family resort. Everything you need is there or in the area. Restaurants and bars on resort and an adult lounge. Going back in a few months. Overall excellent experience!
