Pros: Nothing.
Cons: It needs a lot of upgrading especially those cabinets.
The room needs a lot of upgrading.I found a few dead roaches beneath the kitchen cabinet.I found a baby roach on the side of the bed.I was very concern about bedbugs..

Institutional looking property in poor condition

Pros: Nothing.
Cons: Appearance and staff.
Location: Bad location in a bad location. Nearby were pawn shops, gentlemen clubs, and topless bars.
Drove in went to the office and attempted to cancel reservation and was told I couldn't even though it was prior to cutoff time.

sorry but our system in the computer shows that you never stayed at the hotel, and regarding cancellations, you were suppose to call the company where you make the reservation. Thank You for your comments

Great for the price.

Came for a one nighter to rest from a day at Epcot. The price I paid for was what i got, however, do not judge a book by its cover definitely applies here. Outside looked like a run down condominium building but once we got into the room it was completely different. Clean, neat, and quiet. Couldn't have asked for more for the price. Would definitely stay here again.

Was clean, and a great location for the price. Was next to every shop you could want, lots of food options. Staff was nice, house keeping came everyday. Good kitchen. No complaints.

Run down, OLD.

Pros: NOTHING!
Did not feel safe here, semi ghetto. Their website says they are willing to let you check in early, but that is not true. the Office did not even open until 9. Then once I finally got to talk with someone in person, the facilities were old . The person at the counter was hard to understand (English) I asked for a refund immediately. I would have been willing to pay the first night just so I Did not have to stay. Expedia did refund, to which I am grateful. I certainly did not feel safe as a single woman here. "and I would not recommend it for anyone traveling alone!

My google maps initially took me to the wrong location so be careful. The entrance to the hotel has a gate across it and men waiting in a gate house. They should probably stop using the smelly insense. The room was older but clean. There was no bathtub, but the walk in shower was huge and the water was hot. If you just need a place to sleep, it's ok.

Para uma noite estava perfeito perto de vários lugares para comer é fácil acesso aos parques e shopping. Ponto negativo é a Recepcao não muito amável e não é 24 horas
