More for families, not couples

My husband and I stayed here for a long weekend for our anniversary. I had called a couple days before our stay to arrange for champagne and whatnot to be in our room when we arrived. They advised me to do the romance package because they would deck out our room with rose pedals, chocolates, etc. I emailed them the form and gave them my credit card number, but nothing was in the room when we got there. Off to a bad start, but they apologized for the mistake and made it up to us by bringing us the champagne for free and decorating our room the next day while we were gone. Our plan the next morning was to relax at the resort for a while. We had some champagne left so we called to ask for orange juice for mimosas. They told us to come down to get it, but then when we got down there said they were out. So we decided to order room service. I called THREE times and no one ever answered. We just got ready and headed to City Walk instead. The next morning we again tried to ask for orange juice and they said they were out. My husband tried to order a cup of coffee and she said they cleaned the machine already (they close the café at 11 am). We purchased bags of chips for breakfast since that was literally our only option unless we wanted to pay $12 for the breakfast buffet. We didn't have a car to go get anything so convenience was important to us and this just wasn't the place for that. We had late check out but still left early to hang out at the airport instead.
