I stayed for 18 days, in town for a family Christmas, New Year's and the arrival of a new granddaughter. The kitchen had a full refrigerator, stove/oven/DW, coffee maker, microwave and was sufficiently equipped to cook and serve. It was also a working vacation and while a bit slow, the internet functioned adequately (there is a hi-speed option available if needed, for a low rate per day.) The desk was adaptable with a roll-out table and shelving above. As most of the family's activities happened elsewhere, I was in and out at all hours and always felt safe in the well-lit parking areas. Laundry facilities were in close proximity to the office, where supplies and change were available. Morning breakfast always smelled good - and coffee was available 247. I did not purchase any of the snack, food, drink options provided, but there were many available in the lobby, with the occasional gratus candy and fresh baked cookies. The room was comfortable, large closet, spacious bathroom, blackout curtains. The staff was especially friendly, from desk to maintenance personel - as we were on baby-watch I came and went with an overnight bag and other things in case I needed to be away a day or more - I had several offers to help me to my car from the staff. The location is off-University and generally very quiet. Highly recommend.
