Great bfest, close to UCF, shoopping, restaurants!

Staff was wonderful! Great breakfast! Close to UCF! Very many food/restaurants so close! Shopping right there too! Room was well appointed with everything needed! Great for long stays!

I luv this hotel. I would stay again. Bed was very soft and comfortable. Breakfast was great! Clean, roomy, great location.

nice hotel close by UCF

Cons: The "free" breakfast, it could be better even if charging for it.
Location: many and plenty restaurants around
I have been almost at all hotels around UCF, where I visit every month for two years already, This hotel is bery comfortable, even though it is not as expensive as others. I really liked the convenience of the two bedrooms room. There is a bit uncomfortable noise coming from the elveator every time that goes up or down but otherwise it was good. I only spent one night

Very impressed for the price!

Newly updated hotel. Very friendly staff. Very clean. I was hesitant at first because this hotel was priced lower than the surrounding hotels but I was very happy when I arrived. Nice area

Roomy and quiet

Pros: great bed and pillows
Cons: The kitchen range.
Location: Did not spend time in the area
My major criticism was the condition of the electric range in the small kitchen. None of the burner coils sat flat so pots and pans were tilted. This makes cooking difficult and, it can make for a dangerous situation if one is not careful.

Great room with key card concerns at check out

I enjoyed the location and room. The only concern I have was the premature deactivation of my room key card, several hours before the check out time. I had to get the service personnel at 9:00am to open my room, so I could retrieve my luggage.

We are currently assessing our key card machine to determine whether this was an isolated issue or not as some keys remain through to our standard check out time (noon) and others deactivate earlier. Thank you for bringing this to our attention so that we can continue to accurately monitor this and provide information to the manufacturer. Suite with full kitchen. Comfortable room and bedding. Not fancy but great value. Great for families.

Just what i needed.

Had a room booked at HellGate Town Center (AKA WestGate). Drove from Chicago to Orlando just for them to tell me they didn't have a room even though I had a reservation. They almost ruined my vacation but the wonderful staff at TownPlace was wonderful and accommodating. Check in took less than a minute.
