Let just say thought going to this place to stay was nice since it was under new management but boy was I wrong first the guy at the counter didn’t know how to run the card machine kept telling me I have no money on it when I had called about an hour before to pay for the first nite with the same card and went thru had to inconveniently had to use the atm which got charged to take out money and the card worked then I check in and go take a shower there hair all over the shower wall also hair on the tub and a dirty rag that was left in the shower from the previous guest and the pillow case had stains all over it they go clean the shower but leave the dirty pillow without changing it I will never come here and that hotel needs a cleaning I’m talking about the lobby it’s smells like a dirty basement so I think I wasted my time and money here I even checked out a night early so bad thanks

I stayed here with my 8 and 18 yr old kids for our vacation. It wasn't bad but did have a couple of issues. The mini fridge in our room didn't work, which after i complained they quickly sent maintenance up to replace it. The little coffe machine in the room was missing the filter component but i used my ingenuity and made it work. The staff was friendly and helpful. The free breakfast was pretty good, they had bagels, toast, cereal, yogurt, juice, packaged mini muffins, snd butter, jam, and cream cheese for your bread. Overall, it was a great stay even if it wasn't as close to any attractions as I'd like.

There were grocery carts and some trash on site outside of a couple rooms. There's space between the door and the doorway, so I had a couple bugs in my room and it was humid. They didn't even finish painting the doorway inside my room, so the red was off-putting. My tv didn't work.

Room 306. Bathroom door rubs on the frame making it very difficult to open/ close. Have to force it. Ridiculous. TV did not work. They said they could fix it in the morning but... I'll be gone by them so it's useless. I don't fault the front desk workers but a working TV is kind of expected with a hotel from a major chain. Im missing all the NCAA tournament games tonight.

Looks like they are remodeling the property. Our shower had a hole in the tub area, the other room we booked was missing a door handle for the bathroom and non of the electrical worked in that room.

This property was not bad, as there’s only so much you can expect from a super 8. The room we stayed in was dirty (sheets) and the service manager, Raj, was very condescending and verbally aggressive. They questioned us anytime we had a question or needed additional things for our room. The door to the room did not have a good seal and left about 1/4 of an inch between the door and the floor. Although inexpensive, I would not stay here again. Also-I’ve never stayed at a hotel that charged the first night before check in when the booking on Expedia stated I could pay at the property. Maybe because the property is under new management, but they need more training. They also only gave 1 room key.

The staff was SO friendly, over the top nice people. There was blood on the wall under the sink, our fridge smelled like weed, and our smoke detector was missing. There was another issue which we adressed and was handled by staff. The bed was clean as well as the shower and we were grateful for an afforable place to sleep for a quick last minute trip to universal. Unfortunately it is not on our return to list.

They are in the middle of a big remodel, and are doing a great job at it. The Hotel is surrounded by interstate, so lots of traffic noise and honking horns.

Was unsure when we got there but ended up being a great place to stay. Staff was friendly. In general everyone minded their own business. All types of people stay here. I felt safe and comfortable. Room was clean and didn’t have any issues with noise. Overall great place to stay.

The sheets were stained, the towels smelt like vinegar. The bathroom smelt like someone smoked pot in it, but the smell was coming thru the vents.had to keep door closed and a towel at the bottom so it didn't smell in the room. The staff was nice.
