The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. I absolutely would suggest staying here. The water taxi from the hotel drops you right in the center of all the fun and is very quick. Had a lot of fun at Universal and slept soundly and peacefully that night. Thank you so much Loews Sapphire!

Really great location, the boat ride to the park is really nice but you can also walk in 15 minutes. The rooms are compact but are designed not to spend much time in them, however it was the bathroom that let it down with no proper door just a sliding one.

Fast and friendly check-in. Checked in a few hours early and pleasantly surprised our room was ready. Was great since we had an early start to get off our cruise ship. Hotel is beautiful and room was clean and beautifully decorated.

This was our third time at Lowe's s Sapphire Falls Resort. My family and I had an amazing time. My only complaint is that we requested that our room be cleaned daily. Our room was cleaned the first 2 days of or trip but I had to make repeated phone calls to have our room cleaned for the remainder of our trip.

Had a great time and enjoyed the property: I would say the only things that I had issues with were the rooms were a bit small and only 2 electric vehicle chargers available.

Beautiful, clean property, close to Volcano Bay which is an amazing water park for kids and adults. Pool and food is fantastic. We had a great time!

We stayed here for a week and had a great stay! Staff were amazing, shoutout to Bruna! Check-in is at 4 but we were able to check-in early when we arrived around 1:15. Pool and amenities were superb. Boats to Universal came quick, captains were friendly. Staff were attentive and checked in with us often. Room service was fast to arrive, although slow to remove table and dishes, housemaid always made sure it was taken care of. Hotel was quiet. Beds were very comfortable. Easy to adjust thermostats. TV had many loved movies playing. Rooms were clean and shower was great! Checkout was just a couple of clicks from a link and painless! Highly recommend and would definitely stay here again! 10/10

We were very happy with this property. Super easy water taxi to Universal and walkable. Spacious lobby and public areas. Pool was very nice with a hot tub and slides for the kids. Parking was pricey as was everything else associated with Universal! Rooms were big enough and well kept with great shower.

We stayed for 5 nights, 4 park days. The water taxi is a game changer. I will never stay at a Universal property without this convenience. My family doesnt need fast passes, so at $8-900/night less than the Premier Resorts, this was the best value for price, convenience and location!
