We have stayed here more then 7 times I would say in the past 10 years. Perfect location and clean and up to date. This would be my first complaint ever. This past week when we stayed our room was perfect other then the fact we had ants but other then the ants everything else was on point.

Absolutely happy with the location, very easy to get to Disney world parks! Only drawback was the fold out couch. I know fold out couches are never great, but this one was just plain awful, extremely thin, you could tell that it should be replaced a long time ago. Other than that it was great!! Heated pools were a definite plus!!

no clean bedding linen until we asked!!!

Cons: they're unwilling to improve - why bother telling them what to improve?
When we arrived, there are dirty towels and linens right outside the door. We got in and saw some clean linen and towels so we didn't care much - the linens are put on the side, bed wasn't made, which wasn't a huge deal. However, at night before midnight, we noticed that where weren't enough clean linens for the two beds (one queen and one sofa) - only half! We called the phone number and was told someone would send clean ones over. We waited more than 50min, past midnight. NOBODY CAME. We ran outside and saw some janitors working on garbage/dirty linens (probably), and asked for clean linen. Again we were told they'd get someone to bring some - never came!!! We had to call office NEXT DAY to ask again, and finally got it! We ended up spent a night in DIRTY BEDS! Worst experience ever! Upon checkout we asked for refund, was only told "we'll get the house keeping manager to contact you" - again, LIES. NOBODY EVER CONTACTED US. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE.

Clean and short drive to the parks.

I have stayed several times either as a condo exchange or thru Expedia. Booking thru Expedia I don't get newer units even though I request it. Rooms are always clean, but can be dated or just feel worn. Walls and ceiling felt paper thin this time as we heard the room upstairs into the early morning even after reporting to front desk. Plumbing in bathroom had air in the pipes and created a hammer effect whenever we turned faucet on.

Bad service

Pros: The room was clean
We checked in about 7pm. They couldn't find our reservations for over 20 minutes. We finally get checked in and get to the room and the door wouldn't open. My husband went all the way back to the front desk while I stayed in the hallway with our two kids and all our things. About 20 minutes later he comes back with new key cards that also do not work. He goes back for a second time and yet again they don't work! So now we are waiting for a security guard to come with yet another card key. Now we have been in the hall for almost 1 1/2 hrs. Finally he comes and the front desk gave him the key for the wrong room. He calls for someone to bring the right room key and when he finally came no open door still! We spent half the night in the hall just to finally be moved to a different room at my very strong request!! Very disappointing.

Great, will stay again!

Pros: Location to all attractions & restaurants, cleanliness, friendly staff, amenities and parking.
Cons: Extra sweep on tile areas
Location: Disney, Universal, Old town, hundreds of restaurants and a bunch of dinner theaters.
Stayed here for one night but it was awesome! Loved having the balcony, separate bedroom and full size fridge! The room was fairly clean, could have used a good vacuum on the tile but nothing major. Staff was very nice, expect some longer lines when checking in but they try to move everyone through quickly! The bed was comfortable and my girls didn't complain about the pull out. I thought it was really neat that you had to go through 2 doors before entering your room. The grounds were very nice! We had 2 pools right by us, unfortunately it was too cold to enjoy. The second pool had a blow up projector screen and had movie going which was pretty loud but cool all in all. I would recommend this resort to anyone and plan on staying again!

Great location to Disney world but rooms outdated.

Good but had to change rooms due to smell like cigarettes smoke.

Pros: Convenient location.
Cons: Really, no complaints.
Location: Very convenient to all Disney Parks, restaurants , and grocery store.
Great place to stay! Very convenient to all Disney Parks. Great value. Would differently stay there again.
