no clean bedding linen until we asked!!!

When we arrived, there are dirty towels and linens right outside the door.
We got in and saw some clean linen and towels so we didn't care much - the linens are put on the side, bed wasn't made, which wasn't a huge deal.
However, at night before midnight, we noticed that where weren't enough clean linens for the two beds (one queen and one sofa) - only half!
We called the phone number and was told someone would send clean ones over. We waited more than 50min, past midnight. NOBODY CAME.
We ran outside and saw some janitors working on garbage/dirty linens (probably), and asked for clean linen.
Again we were told they'd get someone to bring some - never came!!!
We had to call office NEXT DAY to ask again, and finally got it!
We ended up spent a night in DIRTY BEDS! Worst experience ever!
Upon checkout we asked for refund, was only told "we'll get the house keeping manager to contact you" - again, LIES. NOBODY EVER CONTACTED US.
STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE.
