Our room was so gorgeous and recently renovated. The breakfast buffet was so delicious- we will definitely be back again!

There were more kids than adults. There is limited activities for children. So they played on the hammocks, threw balls in the pool, and the hot tub was always full of children. I even saw an infant in the hot tub. Kids running, wrestling on the floor of the bar at 9pm and screaming in hallways. No one said tha thing. We will not be back.

very upsetting that when i booked i was told that the hotel would be under construction. i was stuck in the room for the entirety of my trip because there was nowhere to go with my son. Several times throughout the day he was awoken from his naps due to the loud drilling and hammering. if i had known, i would have never booked

Location and facility is excellent, staff were also extremely helpful. Gym was also excellent and well equipped. Food and beverage options are superb. Once the renovation is finished it will enhance the property even further. Disliked resort fees and valet parking fees as they add a considerable amount to your checkout total.

There was a lot of renovations construction going on very inconvenient main lobby closed, bar area closed, patio closed only one restaurant open and all booked up. We went to the sushi at Hilton and it was disgusting the worst sushi ever so gross

Very sub par for the Waldorf Astoria. The room was run down and dusty. The front desk needs to have better communication and be a bit more flexible especially when they are the erroneous ones. Definitely not a 5 star hotel or experience.

Very easy to get to all the parks, shuttle was always right on time. Lots of activities on site if you decide to take a day around the hotel! Kids loved the croissant bar!!!

Very impressive property. We were on a deal with Expedia, and not sure I would have been happy to pay the full rate. The rooms are not furnished to the level I would expect, and some of the staff are a little less than helpful for a hotel of this grade. Overall though a very nice place to stay.
