Lovely hotel with wonderful grounds, pool clean .Posted Aug 29, 2015
The room was clean and the bedding changed daily but the tea and coffee making facilities were disappointing, after the first day the coffee was not replenished unless it was paid for as an addition to your bill. There was no tea offered, just coffee and I have never been to any hotel before where it was not replenished on a daily a basis. for a hotel of such standard this was not acceptable.

Definitivamente me volvería a quedar ahí.

Grandparents seeing Disney through granddaughterPosted Aug 24, 2015
Pros: Absolutely everything, down to the sheets, decor, towels, all of it.
Location: It was close to everything, and made sure you got there.
We have been to Disney 8 times as parents, this our first as grandparents, this was by far the best. We have always stayed at a Disney resort, but this time chose the Waldorf. This resort is hand's down AWESOME, I will never stay anywhere else when in Orlando. The overall trip was exhausting, very warm and rainy. We are very young grandparents(52,46) with lots of energy but weather was yuck!! This hotel made it all better, the staff, the room, everything we encountered was over the top. This truly was a magical experience but the hotel gets the credit.

Probably the best hotel.Posted Aug 18, 2015
Probably the nicest hotel that I have stayed in. Definitely the best staff/service. Exceptional facilities, staff, and service. Very comfortable, clean, very well-maintained. Whole family loved it. Used the pool with the lazy river at the adjacent Hilton, which was a lot of fun. Food and drink is very expensive, but you kind of expect that at the Waldorf.

Suite was a nice size for relaxing in the room.Posted Aug 17, 2015
Pros: Quality of room, turndown service and other amenities were indicative of a 5 star hotel.
Cons: My elderly mother left some clothes in a closet in her room. I called and they gave me a website to register but so far no follow up from the hotel.
Location: It was in the Disney area of Orlando, so theme parks and such.
Staff was very attentive, front desk very helpful, concierge was also very helpful and nice.

Good hotel not friendly to families with kidsPosted Aug 16, 2015
I asked for a spoon and bowl to feed my baby and I was told I would get charged 3 dollars per piece of cutlery which I found was very unreasonable.

Top Tier HotelPosted Aug 4, 2015
Pros: Everything! But the highlight of the day was finding those yummy chocolate squares on our pillows after the daily turndown service.
Cons: Valet parking especially during peak times. We were heading out to lunch one time and everyone was checking out, it took over 30 mins to get our car.
Location: Very close to the Disneyworld theme parks. Love downtown Disney and Boardwalk!
Waldorf is one of the, if not the best hotel we have ever been in. From the impeccable internal architecture, the breezy fragrance that envelops you when you enter the hotel lobby, the extremely comfortable beds and majestic views, Waldorf Astoria "wowed" us. We were very grateful for the entire staff who made sure everything was up to our standards and more, who paid attention to make sure our toiletries and towels were adequately stocked even without us asking, arranged the room to make it kid friendly and safe... And my daughters always looked forward to those delicious chocolate squares placed on the beds upon our return to the hotel from the theme parks. Also thankful for the wonderful breakfast prepared by the chef straight to our room for my wife's 40th birthday. My family and I will definitely return to Waldorf Astoria on our next trip to Orlando!!!

Great hotel and better Rate by Expedia !Posted Aug 4, 2015
Pros: Restaurant Bull & Bear is great Service is friendly and attentive.
Cons: Room 1137 had problems to properly opened the entrance door ; it is too tough. I guess that this could be a non- reported issue
Location: Excellent location nearby Disney attractions
This is a great hotel with excellent dining facilities, second to none. As architect I think some details needs to be overlooked, but I do highly recommend it by Expedia rates. It would be great a better differentiation with Hilton even they remained unified. A more "luxury" image will work in the best interest of Waldorf brand As a foodie ; Bull & Bear is now on my Orlando wish list restaurants ...great recipes and an even greater staff and setting.
