This was our second stay at this resort. Unfortunately it just did not seem like they were at the top of their game this time. We had purchased lightening lane passes for a ride over at Epcot. We were not sure what transportation was available to get us there so we asked, and were assured there was a bus. So we waited a while, no bus. We asked someone else and were advised there was no bus. We missed our ride window, basically wasting our money. I went up to guest services this morning just to ask for directions. That was the only place with staff. Before I could even say anything, I was very rudely advised they were not open, even though there were two people standing at the desk. Finally, we used the valet service for our car. Once again we asked someone where to go to get our car brought around. We were given directions, which we followed. Once we got there we were advised that the valet station was somewhere else for the weekend, meaning we basically had to walk back to where we started.
We understand this was a race weekend at Disney, so things were shifted around a little, but the staff members should have been aware and able to answer questions correctly. I’m not sure we will be back.
