Nice rooms. Clean rooms. $9.99 a day for wi-fi in most places it's free when you pay that much money. Really close to Disney . Great location .

Too Pushy and really shady

When we arrived, the staff was pushy about their time shares and when we repeatedly said we weren't interested, they tried to tell us we had to listen to another sales pitch before letting us have the key. I told them we had paid already and would like my key now as I wasn't interested and did not want to waste my time or theirs. She said we had to sign up for the free breakfast (another sales pitch) and I firmly said "no". Once we finally got to the room, it was okay. Nothing to write home about though. We did receive multiple calls from their "customer satisfaction" group who again tried to sell us on the time share. They kept wanting to know when we would be there so they could stop by. This made me nervous and wonder if they were trying to find out when we would be gone. Overall, it seemed shady and I would never stay here again..

Great value

We stayed here over Easter weekend for a family trip to Universal. We rented a 2 bedroom/2 bath condo for less than getting two separate hotels rooms would have been and had the added bonus of a kitchen and much more room. We didn't really do more on the property than drive through but everything looked well kept. The condo was very well maintained. We would happily go there again.

Nice enough place for a few days

Wify was NOT free. Expensive per devise fee! Small pools but they were nice. Interesting mix of guests- some smoking and Vaping at pool! Great location for access to Epcot, and Disney springs area. Ok drive to Universal. Staff was very helpful and attentive.

Close to attractions and restaurants

Great hotel, overall. It's a time share style hotel, so you are offered welcome package with perks, but they don't push you which is great. Nice size rooms, amazing kitchen equipped with everything you'd need to eat or cook. Amenities on the resort are fantastic. Only downfall is, they don't clean the room daily. They will make the beds, but that's about it. They do provide each room with a broom and dust pan, and a vacuum.

Easter break

Very noisy from people locking cars all night long which sounded horn. People talking very loudly in parking area very late at night. Maintenance starting outside work early in the morning. 3rd time we have stayed 1st with so many sleepless nights.

Family vacation

We stayed at a rental from WestGate BlueTree, there are also just BlueTree rentals available. The small print for the WiFi stated there was a $9.99 fee for one day. I never used it, but it should have been explained at check-in. We had family that rented from BlueTree and we used their free wifi. Otherwise, great experience.
