Here is a summary of my dislikes: AC did not work when we arrived, the bed was broken, there were disgusting dead bugs on the ice machine and it was empty, dirty dishes in the cupboard, the Freezer in the frig did not work (no way to make our own ice), housekeeping knocking on the door at 8am, housekeeping was not consistent first few days, the lighting in the room was terrible, the gate people were mean, never received a final bill or instruction for check out, no outdoor showers at the pool area, run-in with racoon in front of my door, restaurant availability, the shuttle service was inconsistent and terrible, the food options at Sid's Bistro were not appropriate, unmarked, understaffed, there was no easy way to charge anything to our room bill, the Marketplace is way too overpriced.
Here is a summary of my likes: Drafts food was very yummy, Maid staff was friendly, platform bed was very comfortable, the pools were beautiful and clean, I loved the screened in balcony, the grounds were well maintained and the flowers breath taking, the valet and bell staff were exceptional, as well as the front desk and VIP staff, the bathroom was really nice with a hot tub and big shower.
