Nice close to the theme parks

Nice hotel. Employees are extremely polite! Don't know about the food, I was only eating out. But overall I would go again.

Stay at Westgate

Woken up everyday at 8am by construction. The outside smelled horrible due to dirty lagoon. Roaches in rooms.

Great Staff and family hotel

Pros: The staff was friendly and the location was great also lot of pools.
Cons: The furniture could be improved upon they seem out dated.
Location: The resort is close the all of the major Disney attractions, the shopping outlets and dinning.
The staff was great, the resort was good just very huge there provide transportation to some of main resorts.

Cons: The lady that checked us in was lost, had to get someone else to come and help us because she couldn't find our reservation, which was right there.
Location: Walmart is right down the road and Disney was 10-15mins away.
Hotel was clean and modern. The room was large, more than enough space for my family of four, with a separate bedroom for privacy. Kids slept on the pull out couch, which was easy to put away in the mornings. Housekeeping came every morning. The shower handle was broken when we got there, but maintenance came quickly to fix it. The second day we noticed one or two beetles, not sure where they came from; they weren't a nuisance but gave a 4 for cleanliness because of them. We loved the full kitchen and cooked every night. The pool was a two minute walk from the building we were staying in. It was perfect for little kids and families. We loved our stay and would recommend to anyone.

Staff were friendly but property is too crowded, full parking, carpet was dirty in the room, jacuzzi as well, missing item. I won't book this place again.

Too much to improve

Pros: The room was nice
Cons: Service, maintenance, parking and packages office.
Location: It is 25 minutes from Disney World.
First thing you notice is that all the parking close to the room is full because the parking spaces are not assigned to each room. So you may have to walk to a parking building. The air condicioning did not regulate temperature and it was not possible to turn it off. Maintenance said that it was too late and that we should call the next day. In order to sleep we had to close the vent with a towel because of the cold. The packages office of the hotel lost a pair of shoes that I bought from Amazon even if they appear to be received by the person in charge.
