Pros: The set up of the room, it was spacious and clean and the bathroom was welcoming.
Cons: It was a little challenging at first trying to locate my room, it was not clearly communicated at the front desk neither on the display.
Location: Very nice hotel, conveniently located by Wal-Mart
The hotel and staff were very accommodating, everything one needed was located on that property.

Resort near Disney and Sea World

Resort is congested with cars and visitors. Room was clean and comfortable, lots of room. Close to all the attractions. Finding parking at night is very difficult. Overall stay was pleasant.

Everytime I left the hotel I normally come back late at night. When I open the door I was greeted by roaches. The lady at the 8888 phone line says "it's nothing I can do". That speaks for it all. I rather keep my comments!

the room was too small, not at all what i expected

Pros: the screen in porch
Cons: have one desk to check in, and give me the key,plus need more luggest carts.
Location: golden corral restuarant, varies shops.
on arrival, we had to go to to difference desk before going to the room, plus too noisy

Love this resort!

My husband and I stayed here two years ago and again this year and we loved it. It's really nice and the best of all is that's it's really close to all the theme parks.

Best for families with kids looking for a deal

The lobby area was a nightmare with families cramped in waiting to be checked in. The studio room I stayed in was large, but was terribly outdated. Doesn't have the feel of a 4 star place. More like a 2 star.
