Time-Share pressure! Rip-off internet rates

From the minute we checked-in, they tried to lure us into a time-share presentation, something we didn't want to participate in. Out of compassion for the people who are held responsible for lining up attendees, I went and spoke to them and clearly explained that I am not interested in this and am happy to explain that to their supervisors if they still get the pressure. I was told no problem and they marked a "No" in the column "Interest level?" in their master sheet.
But that wasn't the end of it. Every day we were there they kept calling our hotel phone and bringing pamphlets at our door to lure us to those silly presentations. I will likely not stay at this facility again unless the price is attractive.
Also, there was a resort fee of $4.99/day indicated in my reservation that supposedly provided a few amenities including internet access. But when I checked in I was told that will not be done, and the only way to get internet was to pay $9.99/day per device!!! To be fair, this was also noted in the reservation although didn'nt say it was per "device"! And there was a slightly reduced rate for the whole week but it was still a rip-off in my view. I asked about that $4.99/day resort fee that also mentioned internet access, but was told that package/service is no longer available.
Lastly, the pool picture on Expedia isn't correct and I really stretching my imagination to believe it is the same hotel.

As a timeshare resort, we certainly allow our sales staff to promote and offer some of our more popular vacation packages and timeshare properties; however the overall customer service experience provided to our guests should certainly not be altered in any way.
