Pros: muy cómodo, limpio y seguro.
Location: queda cerca de muchos lugares para comer y gasolineras
unos pocos días de estadía, que nos resultaron muy agradables...

Pros: Staff was friendly and helpful in all regards.
Easy shuttle to parks. Laundry self service. Pools. Clean.

the staff was friendly and attentive. my room was cleaned very morning and they made sure to leave clean towels and take the trash. the room was clean and the bed was very comfortable slept like a baby!!! the pool area and the lounge chairs we clean on cozy to take sun. the access to restaurants was great you could walk to so many. Publix and the a small mall was about a 2 miles away which was great and they stood open late. I would recommend staying there to anyone.

Is was close to the different attractions, restaurant and others. Peaceful hotel with no noise during night. The rooms has everything we needed.

It was a very nice, clean hotel. The room was spacious enough for 4. The staff was courteous and efficient. The pools were awesome.

Almost Slept in the Lobby! Overbooking Fiasco!

Very disappointing since we did not even get to check in or passed the lobby! Hotel was overbooked due to Spring break and after standing in line for 1 hour to check in, agents advised us there were no rooms available due to housekeeping issue. From midnight to 2am, no hotel manager was present and no body owned up to property's mistake. We couldn't believe a big corp like West Gate could not address the situation and put us up somewhere else. There were people standing in line for hours with little babies in their arms!!! Thank goodness we booked our stay thru Expedia and they took care of us by sending us to another hotel. We were looking forward to finally staying at a West Gate property but very disappointed by how they handled the whole overbooked, check in situation.

Nicer Hotel

The hotel is in pretty good condition for a older hotel. Didn't really like the pressure of them trying to sell time shares. You shouldn't have to have to pay for WiFi also. Put the extra expense in the price of the hotel and you wouldn't have any complaints. Overall good hotel with nice pool areas and in a great location.

Would Highly Recommend Westgate!!!

I have all positive comments about my recent stay at Westgate Towers resort! The one-bedroom villa exceeded my expectations and I would highly recommend this hotel to future travelers! The hotel was very well maintained, the staff was extremely friendly and helpful, and the close proximity of Westgate to Disney made it an ideal hotel.

clean hotel right around the corner from Disney pk

Very clean and comfortable hotel literally around the corner from all Disney parks !! We kept coming back to the room for eating and resting then back to another park!! We have the annual passes so we have a great time every time!! I'm adding this hotel to our next trip to Disney..

Pros: Resort staff; Very friendly; Will assist you with any questions or concerns.
Cons: Theme Park Transportation.
Location: This location is right on US 192. (Irlo Bronson Memorial Highway) between marker 4 and 5 on US 192; plenty of gift shops and restaurants in the area.
Stayed at this location due to a promotion that was being offered. This is one of five Westgate resorts that are in the Orlando Area. While here I did have to attend a timeshare presentation. They do pressure you some but we declined and were able to continue our vacation for the rest of the week. The room was very spacious overlooking the courtyard that is near the main building. The 3 pools on site were very relaxing and the resort customer service was superb. The only issue we has would have been the theme park shuttle service that was horrible while we were there two bus loads of people packed on to 1 bus on the way back. I did voice this frustration to the resort management. Hopefully they will fix this issues as that was the only dissatisfied part of my trip.
