Beautiful Hotel with great service!

We booked through Expedia for $88a night and thought we were being punked! Such a beautiful hotel. I totally recommend staying here! :)

Cons: hot water and freshfruit and oj for breakfast
everything was great except we didnt have any hot water the next morning.

the Towels is like a mess people making nose all night . to m,any people in a tiny space.

Excellent place to stay , close to Theme Parks.

Everything about the Resort is wonderful , professional courteous , friendly staff. The water slide pool is perfect for children and many other pools for relaxation. Love it there !!

No me pareció bien un cobro adicional de 76 dólares para poder disfrutar las zonas del hotel y el wifi ...no se supone que está incluido en el precio de cada habitación ?

Our stay was very nice my family always go to West gate resort because we like that everything is right there on campus for our enjoyment.

Big, loud, busy resort.

typical giant, loud timeshare resort. Kids loved waterpark ($20/d unless you're a westgate owner) Convenient to parks, but definitely not on-site. very thin walls and noise easily travels between adjacent lockout units. Had to call security every night to quiet down our neighbors at 11pm+. Many deals on this property, so expect a ton of 'less-refined' travelers. Units are nice, size is variable depending on unit. Many on-site pools and playgrounds other than the large water park on site. they will be adding more restaurants soon. Good place for kids who don't worry about a 'luxury' feel and just want to have fun.

Sorry but not sorry.

We saw this place advertised and there was no mention that the waterpark would be an additional charge of 20 per day per person. The waterpark was only included for the owners there. Also, our reservation included a room with a balcony. When we arrived the assistant at the front desk asked for the option of checking into a room immediately without a balcony or waiting a couple hours for a room with a balcony. We opted to wait the additional time. After arriving at our room we realized there was no balcony. We switched rooms only for the second room to also not have a balcony as we had been told we paid for. Needless to say we were only here for a short trip so instead of waiting for a third room we kept the small one without a balcony and decided we would not be returning to this resort. We also read that the resort had grills onsite so we packed food for the grill, when we arrived we were informed there were no grills only stoves. So we ended up also spending additional money eating out. Needless to say great resort for families on a endless budget, for all others we have experienced better for the price.
