While I appreciate that we stayed there during a hurricane the hotel was not prepared at all. They had no issue selling rooms to travellers but could not support the number of guests. Misery started with check-in. Took us 90 minutes to check in. Getting to our room we thought we would order room service. We are still waiting for them to answer the phone. We eventually called management asking them where we can order room service. Theyntransferred us around a few times until we got cut off. Trying the restaurant was a total waste. On-site supermarket had no food. If you have a resortbthat size you need to better set-up.
