* No parties or events allowed. Violation results in immediate
reservation termination, eviction, and an additional charge of $150
per day per unauthorized guest.
* No smoking inside the house or opening windows. A $300 fine applies
for non-compliance.
* No pets allowed. Violation incurs a $300 fine.
* All communication should remain centralized through the booking
platform for the safety of guests and hosts.
* Maximum occupancy is as stated in the reservation. Exceeding this
will lead to immediate reservation termination and an additional
charge of $50 per day per additional individual.
* Parking is available on the driveway and adjacent to the house,
within the gated community. No garage parking is provided.
