Roaches are every where. People above us were playing very loud music , staff did not stop them, kids were running in the hotel, no one seem to care

facilities in room were fine, however there were roaches in the room. I told the front desk about it and they said they would treat the room. I only was spending one night so I assume they did resolve the issue.

Full of fleas.

This is an experience that I want to forget, the room was full of fleas. Literally I was standing in my room and within a minute or two I had like 3 fleas on me, I understand that is a pet friendly hotel but this is just not acceptable.

After waiting at front desk with others 15+ minutes someone finally came up front 15 minutes later we were checked in. Once upstairs there were zero towels and two flat pillows. I went back downstairs because I wanted to shower only to be told there were no wash cloths. I suggested that they cut up a big towel and make me a wash cloth or give me my $86 back.

When I checked in they didn't have any clean towels for my room. We had roaches in the microwave and at night there was always groups of men hanging out.

Okay price, but uncomfortable

Place was okay, it had a full kitchen but not closet and they only gave you one pillow per person. The bed was super uncomfortable and they had you sign for the rules for the place, plus then gave you a pamphlet full of rules.

Don't stay here

Asked for a non smoking room....smoking room. Paper thin walls where I could annignkrant conversation next door. Strands of hair on my bed. Not cool

Cheaper than a Disney resort.

We chose this hotel as a last minute spur of the moment Disney Vacation spot. It was about 30 mins from the parks and within the price range we were looking for. We really only used the room for sleeping and showering. The air worked great, the guy at the desk was fantastic. Only downfall we had was we did have to kill one roach in the bathroom, but it's Florida and its not like it was a infestation. We checked out before the office opened and the security guard you reach when dialing 500 from the lobby phone was quick to answer and give me a answer so we could leave and head to Disney right away. I would definitely stay again!
