Hallway had not been cleaned. Our room had not been cleaned properly. Toothpaste left in the sink. Residue in the toilet. No towels or washcloths. When we called to obtain towels we were told that we had to come to the front desk to get them. Would never stay there again.

Horrible customer service hallways was very dirty

My family and I had 3 rooms one room had no tissue the second room had no soap rags it towels called rep to get these items they told us to walk down stairs to get them unprofessional my grandmother and grandfather both has to use the restroom desk clerk told them they have both lobby restroom but took a long time to check us in do my aunt had to drive my grandparents to the store just to use the restroom only to find out it's a restroom soon as you get by the elevator also they have homeless people sleeping in the lobby whom was very aggravating and annoying who was panhandling also there was an aggressive guy and had blood on his clothing this was the most nastiest unprofessional filthy hotel I ever stayed to we paid 85 per room to get dirty tubs su my kids couldn't take baths my 2 year old had to take a shower in room 329 mildew in shower so my husband and I had to go to one of be the other rooms to shower I wanted my money so bad I think this place should be condemned or s new staff should be hired I'll never long as I live stay at woodsprings we drove all the way from Gainesville FL to Sanford FL to sleep in trash cans

Never again

it was not up to par. the front desk staff was rarely at the desk and when they were they were no help. the place stunk of cigarette smoke, the room was not that clean, the room keys worked when they wanted to, the only good thing was that the location was close to family.

Only convenience is that it's near the expressway., but there are other hotels nearby

Old saying: you usually get what you pay for!!

Location was good for us. Room was not ready at checkin time. Had a kitchenette, but no utensils to work with. Seems they only had a make shift team to work there. Office was almost never open(had to use entry phone to contact personel, if they answered the phone. Never changed the linen(5 night stay) and had to ask for clean towels. Price was right, but probably would not stay at this location again.

Pros: It was relatively cheap, but could be cheaper. Extended stay America is somewhat cheaper and has better overall service.
Cons: Provide iron board and iron and hair dryer. Offer housekeeping
Location: Taco Bell across the street.
No iron board and iron or hair dryer unless you request. No closet even. I stayed there for 1 week and housekeeping did not come by even once. Rooms and hallways had a somewhat musty odor. No breakfast. Other than that it was alright.

Low Income Housing

People live here. It appears to be low income housing. There was no service and there are kids screaming and people in and out all night. The beds were hard and the mattress slid off if you leaned against it.

Dirty

This place would be decent, but I woke up with bites on me and later realized it was bed bugs. They only clean rooms once every two weeks.
